Purpose:In the form of questionnaires, collect basic patient information, dietary habits and taste preferences, count and discuss the relationship between it and the onset of acne, and further study the relationship between acne diet-related factors and some living habits and TCM syndrome differentiation,In order to provide more detailed prevention and diagnosis and treatment basis for clinical intervention in the occurrence, development, and outcome of acne.Material and method:In the form of questionnaires, the general information, dietary habits, etc.of patients with acne vulgaris from the Dermatology Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected from February 2020 to January 2021 according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and combined with the patients' own symptoms According to TCM differentiation,300 cases were finally collected, and 300 cases of healthy people were collected as the control group according to the ratio of sex and age at 1:1.The two groups of information were entered into Excel tables respectively, and SPSS 24.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. The count data was expressed as a constituent ratio(%).Chi-square test is used for comparison between disordered groups, and rank sum test is used for comparison between ordered groups(P<0.05 difference is statistically significant). In order to further study the relationship between eating habits and acne, the respective variables were first analyzed by using the chi-square test for single factor analysis, and then the single factor with statistical significance(P<0.05)was incorporated into the logistics regression analysis model, and then screened again and tested. The standard is: P<0.05 and OR>1 are high risk factors for acne;P<0.05 and OR<1 are acne protective factors, and P>0.05 and OR>1 can be regarded as suspected risk factors for acne.Results:1 General situation of acne patients(1)Gender : 108 males(36%),192 females(64%),male to female ratio 1:1.78,more females than males.(2)Age : The average age of acne patients is 25.16±7.350 years old. Both men and women have the highest prevalence at 25 years old,and post-pubertal acne(>25 years old)is more common in women.(3)Course of disease : Patients with acne course> 1 year accounted for the highest proportion(54%).(4)The relationship between onset and menstruation: the skin lesions of acne patients tend to aggravate before menstruation(59.38%).(5)Onset location : most common on the face, followed by the back, neck and front chest. The onset of adolescent acne(?25 years old)is mostly concentrated in the upper middle part;the onset of adolescent acne(>25 years old)is more likely to involve the middle and lower part except the face.(6)Acne classification : Grade II is the most(43.67%),followed by Grade I(34.67%),Grade III and Grade IV only account for 17.67% and 4%.2 Comparison results between acne group and control group(1)Time to fall asleep : For those who fall asleep after 23:00,there are 179 people(59.6%)in the acne group and 128 people(42.7%)in the control group. It can be seen that the acne group fell asleep relatively late.(2)The degree of stress : the proportion of people with general stress and severe stress(75.7%,15.3%)in the acne group was higher than that of the control group(69.7%,9.7%).It can be seen that patients with acne are relatively more stressed.(3)Skin type : The proportion of oily and mixed skin in the acne group(43.1%,36.6%)was higher than that in the control group(28.3%,23.3%).It can be seen that acne often occurs in oily skin, followed by combination.(4)Daily water consumption : The proportion of daily water consumption <500ml in the acne group(37.0%)was higher than that of the control group(17.7%).It can be seen that people who drink less water per day are more common in acne patients.(5)Dietary factors : After 2 single-factor screening, the statistically significant factors are included in the logistics regression for re-screening.In the diet category, regular spicy food, sweets, red meat, nuts, and fried puff are acne High risk factors for acne(P<0.05,OR>1).Frequent consumption of vegetables and fruits is a protective factor for acne(P<0.05, OR<1);among beverages, frequent drinking of milk, milk tea,and alcohol is a high risk for acne Factors(P<0.05,OR>1);in terms of dietary taste,high-risk factors of acne preference for sweet, spicy and salty food(P<0.05,OR>1).In addition, seafood, barbecue, yogurt, and carbonated beverages can be suspected risk factors for acne(P>0.05,OR>1).3 The relationship between TCM classification and various factorsIn this survey, the distribution of TCM syndrome types were spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome(41.67%),lung meridian wind-heat syndrome(33%),Chongren Irregularity syndrome(13%),phlegm stasis coagulation syndrome(12.33%).The course of patients with Lung Meridian Wind-heat Syndrome is more than 1 year, and the severity is mainly grade I.The disease is mostly in the middle and upper part(cheek, forehead);the course of patients with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome is more than 1 year, and the severity is more than 1 year.Grade ? is the main disease. The affected parts are mostly in the middle and upper part(forehead and cheek). In terms of eating habits, the proportion of regular spicy food, fried and puffed food, sweets, and nuts is the highest, and the proportion of infrequent vegetables and fruits is the highest.Drinking yogurt, carbonated beverages, and alcohol also account for the highest proportions. In terms of dietary taste, they have the highest proportion of sweetness and spicy taste;patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome are more common in the course of disease> 1 year, and the severity is ?,?Mainly, skin lesions are mostly affected in the middle and lower parts(neck, back). In terms of eating habits, red meat, seafood, and barbecue have the highest proportion, and regular milk and milk tea have the highest proportion.Diet taste In terms of preference, the proportion of salty taste is the highest;all patients with Chong Ren Irregularity Syndrome are female patients, and the disease course is more than 1 year. The disease is mostly in the middle and lower parts(perioral, lower jaw, front chest),and the severity is ? The incidence of this type of acne is most closely related to menstruation, and the proportion of staying up late and severe stress is also the highest.Conclusion:1 The incidence of acne has a certain correlation with dietary factors and living habits.2 Factors related to the onset of acne:(1)In terms of living habits, staying up late, stress, oily skin, and insufficient daily drinking water are all high risk factors for acne.(2)In terms of eating habits, spicy foods, sweets, red meat, nuts, fried puffing, milk, milk tea,and alcohol are high risk factors for acne;seafood, barbecue, yogurt, and carbonated drinks are acne Suspicious risk factors;vegetables and fruits(except heat-except fruits)are protective factors.(3)In terms of food taste, eating sweet, spicy, and salty foods is more prone to acne.3 The relationship between Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and factors:The pulmonary heat, the tuning is not advised to adjust the diet, there is no significant focus,of which the tuning does not adjust the patient's honesty(staying up late, pressure)and menstrual adjustment. And the spleen and stomach and dampness, the phlegm coagulation should be followed by heavy diet, with the diet taste, the spleen and stomach humidity should reduce the sweetness, the intake of food intake, and the phlegm of sputum is more intake, which should control the intake of salty food.
