Objective:In this investigation, can objective analysis and evaluatin that affect the precocious puberty onset of dietary factors, in order to provide scientific vidences for the prevention of precocious puberty.Methods: This study collected from heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital outpatient pediatric patients, will be diagnosed with precocious puberty, included in the standard of100children as case group,100healthy children as the control group, in the form of a questionnaire survey research diet prone to cause precocious puberty onset content.And the cases of traditional Chinese medicine, Questionnaire survey its eating habits, for each group of statistics of TCM syndrome types in eating habits.Data hired with Excel2007,SPSS19.0for statistical analysis, Evaluation of sexual precocity dietary risk factors and the correlation between TCM syndrome type and daily eating habits.Results:By chi-square test concluded that often eat nutrition tonic foods, containing higher hormones foods, anti-season fruit, vegetables, containing high quality of trace elements zinc,food by plastic polluted,etc, such as five kinds of factors in children with exposure rate higher than that of normal control group, with statistical significance (P<0.01or P<0.05); Logistic regression analysis results show that regular consumption of nutritional supplements (OR=13.557), with high hormonal food (OR=11.829) are very high risk, anti-season fruit, vegetables (OR=8.114), containing high quality of trace elements zinc (OR=6.734), the plastic packing of food (OR=3.419) for higher risk factors; Diet habits, like salty and sweet, spicy, like cold, oily, have differences in syndrome (P<0.05). Syndrome of yin deficiency with effulgent fireare fond of spicy, sweet; the type offire derived from stagnation of liver-Q1typelike salty, oily slant much more,Syndrome of Phlegm and dampness spleen in the majority with sweet or salty foods.Conclusion:1. Through research, taking nutritional supplements, eating hormone-containing foods, in-season fruits, vegetables, containing high quality of trace elements zinc, pesticide contamination of food, including food-contact plastics Class5dietary factors on the incidence of precocious puberty have some relevance, To arouse the attention of parents.2..
