Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome (spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome) With Jianpi Anchang Prescription

Objective:This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Anchang Decoct ion in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome).Methods:In this study,a total of 64 patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome were collected and divided into treatment group and control group according to a random number table.Two patients fell off,and finally 62 cases were enrolled in the group,including 31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Anchang Decoction,and the control group was treated with loperamide hydrochloride capsules.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observe the TCM symptom score,symptom severity(IBS-SSS score),quality of life(IBS-QOL score)and safety indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Follow-up for 1 month to understand the recurrence.Use SPSS software to analyze and analyze the research results.Results:?Overall curative effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group is 87.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 70.97%.The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).?Comparison of total TCM symptom scores:The total TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients decreased compared with before treatment,and the score of the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).?Single symptom score of TCM:the number of diarrhea,stool characteristics,urgency or lack of defecation In terms of points,the difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,dry mouth,and anal burning before and after the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before and after the treatment group,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,dry mouth,and anal burning were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).?Comparison of the severity of symptoms:The total scores of the IBS-SSS scale of the two groups were lower than before,and the therapeutic effect was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).?Comparison of quality of life:the total score of IBS-QOL scale decreased compared with before,and the decrease effect of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).?Recurrence rate:Follow-up after 1 month,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 29.63%,the recurrence rate of the control group was 72.73%,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).?Safety analysis:No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Jianpi Anchang Decoct ion has a significant effect in treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome.It has excellent effects in improving symptoms and improving quality of life,and has high safety and no obvious adverse reactions.It is suitable for clinical use.
