| Objective: To observe the subtraction Shenlingbaizhu decoction and trimebutine maleate treatment spleen and stomach clinical efficacy of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome better than only using western medicine.Methods: 60 patients were chosen from the First Hospital of Wuhan of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic visits during the time of May 2014 to October 2015, and all subjects had been used clinical examination to exclude those of organic diseases which could cause similar symptoms, and they were a type of the spleen and stomach irritable bowel syndrome patients by using Traditional Chinese Medicine to analyze different syndrome and different people. Random number table made with reference to the study of the order of treatment, 60 cases of the study subjects were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group.They each had 30 cases. The control group received trimebutine maleate(Shuli Qi energy)(per tablet 0.1mg) of 3 times a day and 0.1mg once, eating before a meal. The treatment group received trimebutine maleate(Shuli Qi energy) on the basis of Shenling Baizhu decoction of the basic prescription and dosage as follows: Renshen 10 g, Fulin 20 g, Baizhu 20 g, Baibiandou 10 g, Shanyao 10 g, Lianzirou10 g, Shaoren 10 g, Jiegeng 6g, Yiyiren 20 g, Ganjiang 15 g, Gancao 6g. Pro Modified disease: poor appetite plus Shanzha, Chenpi; lassitude aggravated add Shanyao,Baizhu,Fulin; poor sleep and dreams plus Hehuanpi, Yejiaoteng; Chest tightness, flank pain plus Chaihu,Xiangfu, Yujing,Baishao,Meiguihua and so on or pain in the joint use of Tongxieyaofang. Long time to vent with non-stopping, the body of losing the heat plus the Ganjing,Fupian,Rougui and other Onyang drugs and add other antidiarrheal of Kezirou,Shiliupi,Wuweiziand etc.During the treatment, every day the decoction soup about 300 ml should be taken twice.The treatment need six courses which have 7 days.During the study treatment, all subjects were given general treatment include: lifting the concerns of patients, the regulation of mood, avoiding eating such foods of greasy, gas, spicy etc and stopping using all the drugs of treating the gastrointestinal diseases.What,s more, all the Objects must have a good rest rules, regular follow(once a week) and not followed up during the study.Result:1. Pre-treatment of two groups of gender, age, duration, degree of diarrhea and other aspects of comparison, the data processing and analysis software SPSS results suggest that illustrate the general data of the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05) which was comparable.2. After treatment, the symptom score relatively significant difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), which prompted the treatment group improved symptoms significantly better than only using western medicine of thecontrol group.3. The terms of the overall effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes after treatment, the results of data processing and analysis using SPSS software, the treatment group and the control group, the total respective effective rate(93.33%, 83.33%), two sets of data have prompted a significant difference(P < 0.05), suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group in the clinical aspects.4. Different treatment of two groups of subjects traditional Chinese medicine single integral main symptoms were significantly different(P <0.05), prompt that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the spleen and stomach diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome primary herniation, especially improving diarrhea, abdominal pain or discomfort was superior to the control group(P <0.01).5. After treatment, the study of traditional Chinese medicine views disease different individual points had significant differences(P <0.05), prompting that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the spleen and stomach diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome Clinical symptoms of primary aspect, which especially in improving poor appetite, fatigue, limb fatigue was better than the control group(P <0.01)6. Subjects were compared before and after treatment the degree of diarrhea, a significant difference(P <0.05) improvement in prompt treatment of diarrhea symptoms than the control group were statistically analyzed.7. Followed up for 3 months to observe the treatment group of the recurrence rate of 6.67% and 26.67% relapse rate in the control group, two groups of subjects relapse rate comparison was significant difference(P <0.05), indicating that the recurrence rate showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the aspect of the recurrence rate.Conclusion: This study suggested that Shenling Baizhu decoction Co-trimebutine maleate tablets treatment spleen and stomach in D-IBS symptom scores improved, syndromes and improving the degree of diarrhea, the recurrence rate was superior to only using western medicine of the control group. Chinese medicine in improving the individual symptom scores for individual main symptoms, the main herniation secondary symptoms and individual symptom scores, secondary symptoms aspects of treatment group were better than the control group. The study prompted that the traditional Chinese medicine combined with the Western medicine to treatment the IBS symptoms to improve the effect was obvious, whitch was extensive reference worthy of clinical use. |
