The Clinical Study On Modified Huangqin Decoction In Treating Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqin Decoction in treating spleen and stomach damp-heat diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome,and to provide theoretical supportfor clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:72 subjects were selected,and patients from the outpatient department and inpatient department of the first and second departments of spleen and stomach disease of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine met the inclusion criteria of this subject.According to the randomization principle,72 subjects were divided into36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Huangqin Tang Jiawei granule preparation,and the control group was given C.butyricum capsules.Then before the start of treatment,TCM syndrome score,quality oflife score(IBS-QOL),symptom severity score(IBS-SSS)and safety index of the two groups of subjects were recorded.After 4 weeks of treatment,record the above observation indicators again,and closely observe the adverse reactions during the treatment.Follow up for 1 monthafter stopping the drug and observe the recurrence.Finally,statistical software SPSS23.0wasused to analyze the data.Results:(1)Overall efficacy analysis:The total effective rate in the treatment group was91.18%,higher than that in the control group 79.41%,indicating that the overall efficacy of Huangqin Decoction is significantly better than that of Clostridium butyricum capsules(P<0.05).(2)Analysis of the total score of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05),indicating that Huangqin Tang Jiawei and C.butyricum capsules It can improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,butthe flavoring effect of Huangqin Tang is more significant.(3)Single point syndrome analysisof traditional Chinese medicine:After treatment,the points scores of abdominal pain and diarrhea of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There is a significant difference between the mouth dryness and non-drinking scores and the anal burning sensation score(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups are improving the stool characteristics,abnormal emotions,uncomfortableness,dry mouth and undesirable drinking,anal The burning sensation is more advantageous,and the improvement in thetreatment group is more significant.(4)Score of symptom severity(IBS-SSS)score analysis:Thescores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,but the Huangqin Tang Jiawei group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).(5)Quality of life(IBS-QOL)score analysis:The scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before treatment,and the increase of Huangqintang plus Weiwei group was more significant(P<0.05).(6)Analysis of recurrence of patients:After 4 weeks treatment,follow-up for 1 month,found that the relapserate of the treatment group was 13.64%,which was significantly lower than the control group of 45%,indicating that Huang Qin Tang Jiawei can significantly reduce the recurrencerate(P<0.05).(7)Safety evaluation:No adverse events occurred during treatment and follow-up.
