The study of medical institutions in China mainly concentrated in public hospitals and medical institutions,the lack of research of private hospital,in the rapid development of private hospital at present,the study of private hospital is more focused on hospital management,business development,process optimization,etc,for private hospital at the heart of the medical staff satisfaction more a lack of relevant theoretical research,with KMXD hospital as an example,the hospital medical staff satisfaction survey research,analysis of factors affecting medical workers satisfaction as well as the different characteristics of medical work satisfaction situation,opinions on the problems found a reasonable,It is helpful for KMXD hospital to provide reference in daily management.This paper firstly introduces the a development status of private hospitals in China,including the number of private hospitals,the post composition of medical workers,the professional title composition of medical workers,the salary status of medical workers,the number of beds and so on.At the same time,the existing problems of private hospitals in China are analyzed.Then KMXD hospital medical workers as the research object,with the method of questionnaire survey,using the structural equation to explore the influencing factors of the hospital medical staff satisfaction,satisfaction model using the single factor variance and factorial analysis of variance,analysis the influence factors of medical staff satisfaction,the interaction of the different types of medical workers and draw KMXD problems of hospital medical workers on the job satisfaction,and gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: medical workers have low salary and welfare benefits,lack of personalized and targeted incentive measures,medical workers pay more attention to career development,and different characteristics of medical workers interact with different effects on satisfaction.In this regard,the following suggestions are proposed: to improve the compensation and welfare system,to ensure the welfare of employees,to formulate targeted personalized incentive measures,to strengthen the construction of hospital culture,and to enhance the sense of identity of medical staff.
