| With the improvement of people’s living standard and the development of society and economy,the competition of medical profession is more and more fierce,and the talent is the key factor to make the hospital win in the competition.Many private hospitals are facing an alarming rate of turnover,which would lead to the reduction of security,sense of satisfaction and loyalty,resulting a vicious circle of more people leaving the workforce.The crux is that most of the staffs are equipped with a certain degree of operational experience and techniques,even if they would have some new staffs after the replacement,but these new comers can not very quickly adapt to the new environment,so that patients’ trust in the hospital slump.As a consequence,the hospital’s competitiveness is gradually reduced,affecting the long-term sustainable development of hospitals.Through the research on the issue of the staff turnover in the AK hospital,according to the employee Exit interview form provided by AK Hospital,the employees who are at post are mostly junior employees with primary titles,educational level as college or undergraduate,less than 5 years ’ working hours,under 30 years of age or 30-45 years old.From the point of view of enterprise management,this paper compares the AK Hospital with the public hospitals of the same level,and analyzes the phenomenon that compels these employees to leave because AK Hospital has the following problems: first,the salary and welfare treatment can far not meet the expectations and requirements of employees;The AK hospital itself is not attractive to the young employees who are eager to make progress and the older employees who focus on academic achievements;third,the prospect of promotion opportunity and development demand of the AK hospital staff are not satisfied.Finally,the author puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems in the AK Hospital.The reasons for the outflow of the private hospitals are manifold,not only the intuitive remuneration and benefits,but also the knowledge and career development that cannot be seen by the staff.Therefore,the corn to renovate the status of staff loss is the need for private hospitals to combine their own situation to analyze the crucial reasons of loss of corresponding effective improvement. |
