In recent years,with the continuous deepening of medical reform,the market size and total investment in China's medical market are increasing.More and more social capital has entered the field of medical services,and a large number of private hospitals have emerged.In the long run,the development of private hospitals can not only effectively alleviate the lack of investment in medical and health care in China,but also reduce access to basic medical care.It can also break the monopoly of public hospitals in the field of medical services for a long time,help integrate the existing medical and health resources in China,and improve the service quality and diagnosis and treatment level of the entire medical industry.However,in reality,private hospitals are in the process of development,regardless of There are many negative factors in the external environment and the internal environment.As a result,the social credibility of private hospitals is generally low and survival is difficult.This is because private hospitals have for a long time been unable to obtain the help and support of the government.On the other hand,they lack formal and serious government supervision,coupled with the lack of industry strength and the lack of cohesion,resulting in individual hospitals' self-destruction and quick success.Affected the survival and development of the entire industry.At the same time,because the medical services exported by private hospitals have the characteristics of public goods or quasi-public goods,the government must participate in the management of hospitals so that private hospitals can move forward on a healthy track.This article analyzed Huludao City's hospital development and hospital staff in recent years by consulting statistical data on the Huludao City Health Development Statistics Bulletin,Huludao City Health Statistics Yearbook,and Huludao Health and Family Planning Statistics.Based on the understanding of Huludao private hospitals,a questionnaire survey of patients and hospital practitioners was conducted to find out the problems and solutions in private hospitals.The actual situation is that there are still many such problems in the management of private hospitals by the Chinese government,such as the absence of laws and regulations,the absence of management,the failure to form a hearing system and the establishment of reasonable medical prices,and the establishment of public health insurance centers in the public sector.The problem of reducing the living space of private hospitals in hospitals and other issues needs to be solved.The author investigated and analyzed the government supervision of private hospitals in Huludao City through questionnaires to find out the common problems in the government management of private hospitals in China,and proposed the establishment and continuous improvement of various forms and richness in the management of private hospitals by the Chinese government.The medical security system at the level of change,the continuous improvement of the medical insurance system for urban employees in the activities,the continuous expansion of the coverage area of medical insurance,the strengthening of government functions,and the strengthening of administrative supervision and management.
