Objective: to study the private hospitals in chongqing urban area employees satisfaction to their hospital status and influencing factors,analysis of employees' job evaluation and appeal,in view of the human capital,to enhance the competitive force of hospital to provide the reference.Object: Survey in chongqing urban area by scale division of four integrated private hospitals and four classification to the specialized subject of civilian battalion hospital,a total of 472 people polled,inclusion criteria for has a formal labor contract with hospital and private hospital in this working time more than a year and the staff.Methods: 1.The literature research and data analysis: a large amount of related literatures,and an analysis of the interpretation of the policy documents;2.Quantitative analysis: through the designed questionnaire,expert consultation and data access and the structure of the questionnaire and content validity and reliability of the inspection;SPSS19.0 Epidata3.1 establish database,used for data statistics and analysis,according to the nature of information,the basic information of respondents and so on carries on the statistical description,every dimension of overall satisfaction and satisfaction Spearman correlation analysis,and then separately in rank and inspection and disorderly classification more Logistic regression analysis to civilian battalion hospital staff satisfaction for single factor and multiple factors analysis;3.Qualitative analysis: the four civilian battalion hospital conducted semi-structured interviews,interview object are the dean or psychiatry coco long familiar with the condition of the hospital leadership,together with the method of conversation and fast record has carried on the detailed to the interview outline;4.The field research method: by specially trained investigators with custom questionnaire in 8 sampling unit of the basic situation,the hospital management,hospital culture,human resources system in terms of satisfaction the spot investigation,etc.Results: The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.The results showed that the reliability,stability and correlation of the questionnaire were good.From the survey results,the correlation between the satisfaction satisfaction and the satisfaction of each dimension was 1% Were statistically significant,according to the size of Spearman correlation coefficient for the working conditions> staff development system> pay and benefits> human resources system> hospital culture> hospital management;in all dimensions of satisfaction score,the survey object satisfaction with the pay and benefits The satisfaction rate is only 10.91%,the satisfaction rate is poor accounted for 31.82%,the highest satisfaction with the hospital culture,the satisfaction rate is excellent for the ratio of 25.00%;the satisfaction of the hospital staff The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in sex,age,education,title,working life and monthly income among the six variables.By random multivariate logistic regression analysis,gender,title,working life and monthly income(P <0.05).The influencing factors of job satisfaction of private hospital employees(P <0.05).Conclusion: civilian battalion hospital influenced by internal and external environmental factors,the overall satisfaction level is not high.Dimension system of salary,benefits,working conditions and employee development is of common concern to staff incentive factors,civilian battalion hospital,as an essential part of medical market,in order to stability and development of hospital personnel,suggested that talented person for the job requirements of the employees in the rational allocation of positions,to ensure that the staff salary,benefits,strengthen hospital cultural construction and personnel training mechanism to give enough attention.
