With the continuous progress of China's medical reform to the deep-water area,the original inherent medical system is constantly undergoing new changes.As a new medical economic entity in China,private hospitals have developed for nearly 40 years,and have formed their own distinct management and operation mechanism and unique operation mode in supplementing the lack of public medical investment.Since the promulgation of the notice on Approving and transmitting the report on several policy issues on health work reform issued by the State Council in 1985,the state has continuously issued policies to promote the development of private hospitals.By 2019,the number of private hospitals in China has exceeded 20000,and the number of private hospitals in Liaoning Province is 921.With the acceleration of population aging and the rising prevalence of chronic diseases,public hospitals can not fully meet the rapid growth of medical service demand.Therefore,private hospitals play an important role in solving the shortage of medical services.Facing the huge competitive environment in the market,Z private hospitals should seize the opportunity to improve service level,improve patient satisfaction and increase market core competitiveness,achieve sustainable development.Firstly,this paper combs the current situation of private hospitals at home and abroad,understands the development of private hospitals,combs the research theories and methods,and formulates a questionnaire based on the patient satisfaction theory to investigate the current situation of Z private hospitals.Then the data analysis method is used to analyze the patient satisfaction questionnaire.After investigation and research,it is found that there are four problems in the existing medical services:first,the technical level of medical services is not high;second,the service attitude of medical staff is poor;third,the communication between doctors and patients is not smooth;fourth,the convenience of hospital treatment needs to be strengthened.Based on the above survey results,the following four measures are proposed to improve the satisfaction of patients with medical services in Z private hospital: first,strengthen the theoretical and skill training of medical staff,build key departments for business development,such as physical examination center and rehabilitation center,and improve the work efficiency of medical staff;Second,strengthen medical ethics education,establish a correct service concept,improve service awareness,change the traditional service concept,carry out "smile" service and "four hearts"(love,patience,care and responsibility)education,and formulate reward and punishment systems;Three,we should develop communication between doctors and patients,improve patient complaint mechanism,solve the contradiction between doctors and patients,and make multi-channel appointment treatment for four patients,and improve convenience facilities such as increasing wheelchairs,pushing beds and opening restaurants,and developing "Internet plus" medical service mode.
