| In the report at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,general secretary xi jinping stressed that,“We will build an educated,skilled,and innovative workforce,foster respect for model workers,promote quality workmanship,and see that taking pride in labor becomes a social norm and seeking excellence is valued as a good work ethic.” From 2016 to 2019,the craftsman spirit was mentioned in the government work report for four consecutive times,which shows that the the Party and the government paying more and more attention to the craftsman spirit.As an important part of Chinese education system,vocational education shoulders the responsibility of continuously supplying high-quality skilled talents for the economic and social development.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ craftsman spirit.In particular,students in medical secondary vocational schools need the guidance of craftsman spirit to become practitioners of craftsman spirit.On the basis of comprehending the contemporary connotation of craftsman spirit and the characteristics of craftsman spirit of medicine,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of cognition and cultivation of craftsman spirit of students in secondary vocational schools of medicine,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit and its influencing factors,and puts forward the effective ways of cultivating the craftsman spirit of the students in medical secondary vocational schools.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the preface,which mainly introduces the background of the topic,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,research methods and innovations.The second part is an overview of the cultivation of craftsman spirit,and expounds the historical and contemporary connotation of craftsman spirit,this paper analyzes on the necessity of cultivating the craftsman spirit from the aspects of cultivating the craftsman spirit for the economic and social development,the development of the secondary vocational schools and the students personal development,and expounds the theoretical basis of cultivating the craftsman spirit of the secondary vocational students,this paper discusses the conjunction between the cultivation of craftsman spirit and the cultivation of medical vocational education,and the significance of the cultivation of craftsman spirit in medical secondary vocational school students.The third part is the analysis of the investigation results of the cognition and cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the students in the medical secondary vocational schools,including the analysis of the questionnaire and the interview results.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and the influencing factors in the process of cultivating the craftsman spirit of the students in the medical secondary vocational schools.It was found that the medical students in secondary vocational schools did not have enough cognition of the craftsman spirit,and did not fully integrate the craftsman spirit into the teaching process,and the child discipline did not permeate the craftsman spirit.The related factors include the lack of individual craftsman consciousness of students,the lack of recognition of craftsman spirit in teaching design,the lack of importance attached by parents to the cultivation of craftsman spirit of students,and the need to optimize the vocational ecology of craftsman spirit.The fifth part,based on the investigation and analysis results and the problems found,explores the effective ways to cultivate the craftsman spirit of the students in the medical secondary vocational schools.It is suggested that we should strengthen the cultivation of students’ craftsman consciousness,make full use of the family resultant force,strengthen the teaching and training of craftsman consciousness,and improve the social reputation of craftsman spirit. |
