Research On The Cultivation Of Benevolence Spirit Of Secondary Vocational Nursing Students From The Perspective Of Professional Ethics Education

This article is based on the common sense and basic idea that the spirit of benevolence is the essential requirement and core essence of professional ethics for nursing students in secondary technical vocational school.Taking the basic connotation of the spirit of benevolence as the breakthrough point,from the perspective of nursing professional ethics,the connotation of benevolence spirit and the cultivation of benevolence spirit for nursing students in secondary technical vocational school are combed in detail.At the same time,the author also elaborated the importance of developing benevolent spirit education among nursing students in secondary technical vocational schools from three aspects: nursing professional ethics,nursing professional ethics education and core socialist values,clearly puts forward that the cultivation of benevolence should be the first priority in the professional ethics education for secondary vocational nursing students,and further discusses the significance of cultivation of benevolence in improving the professional ethics quality and nursing service quality of secondary vocational nursing students,promoting the practice of high-quality nursing in the whole country,accelerating the implementation of health China strategy,and promoting the construction of a socialist harmonious society.In addition,this article will select nursing students from four different secondary vocational schools in Jiangxi province as the research object,and analyze the factors that affect the students' benevolence spirit from the individual level,family level,school level and social level through questionnaires and telephone interviews,online interviews or face-to-face interviews with nursing students,teachers and instructors of internship units,makes a detailed understanding of the present situation of the cultivation of benevolence spirit of nursing students in these four secondary vocational technical schools,and then to explore the countermeasures of cultivating benevolence spirit of nursing students in secondary vocational schools from subjective factors,family education,school education,social environment.Finally,based on the information obtained through questionnaires and interviews as well as previous research results,some exploratory suggestions were put forward to cultivate the benevolence spirit of nursing students in secondary vocational schools.The suggestions are mainly divided into four aspects: first,strengthen the self-training and self-cultivation of benevolence spirit of secondary vocational nursing students;Second,pay attention to the education of benevolence in the family and emphasize the influence of family style on the cultivation of benevolence.Third,actively play the dominant role of schools as the main positions of education;Fourth,optimize the social education environment and help cultivate the spirit of benevolence.
