A Study On The Professional Ethics Cultivation Of The Nursing Major Students In The Secondary Vocational Schools In Southern Xinjiang

In the critical period when China enters a decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and when China strives for the great victory for the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,Xi Jin ping's report at 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has put forward the Healthy China strategy,and prioritizes the tackling of the contradiction between the imbalanced and insufficient development of the healthcare industry and people's health needs.With a focus on strengthening the grass-root healthcare institutions,the government dedicates itself to making up for the “short planks”,or shortages,in the development of the healthcare industry,and setting up an all-round,full-cycle health service and health guarantee.Under these circumstances,China's healthcare industry will face up to a new round of opportunities and challenges.As an important part of China's healthcare system,the nursing major plays an irreplaceable role.Especially in Southern Xinjiang whose grass-root medical service requires urgent development and improvement,the nursing major students in the secondary schools will be the backbone talents in the future.Hence the professional ethics of nursing major students in the secondary vocational schools in Southern Xinjiang is of critical significance to students' self-development and the improvement of the grass-root healthcare service in Southern Xinjiang.The professional ethics cultivation of nursing major students in the secondary vocational schools is to nurture the students to be a talent with both ability and morality: the cultivation is based on the cultivation of students' general ethics,combines the unique requirements of the nursing profession,considers local situations and the new requirements for the nursing profession in the new era,with educators actively participating in the cultivation process,exploring and integrating various resources in various ways,and carrying out professional ethics cultivation training to students with plans and goals.The paper,starting from the existing problems in the professional ethics cultivation of the nursing major students in the secondary vocational schools,taking three secondary vocational schools that have nursing major in Southern Xinjiang as examples,analyzing the uniqueness,problems and their according reasons of the secondary vocational schools in Southern Xinjiang,and taking an attempt to applying the precious experience home and abroad,proposes the solutions and measures for the professional ethics cultivation of the nursing students in the secondary vocational schools in Southern Xinjiang.The paper outlines the topic selection background and the research significance of the topic,reviews the research contents and conclusions from domestic and overseas scholars related to the paper's topic,summarizes the idea,main methodology,key points,difficulties,innovations,and shortages of the paper – based on these the paper emphasizes the particularity and the necessity of the professional ethics cultivation of the nursing major students in the secondary schools in Southern Xinjiang;considering the problems and their according reasons of the professional ethics cultivation of the nursing major students in the secondary schools in Southern Xinjiang,the paper has searched the professional ethics cultivation problems and their according reasons from the aspects of the education subjects,education content,and evaluation mechanism,among others;and has put forward countermeasures for the professional ethics cultivation of the nursing major students in the secondary schools in Southern Xinjiang from the aspects such as the construction of the teaching staff team,teaching content optimization,cultivation cycle,and evaluation,among others,for the professional ethics cultivation.
