With the government's emphasis on people's health care,the state has put forward the concept of big health,and the demand for medical staff in big health industry has been further improved both in quantity and in service level.Secondary vocational nursing specialty devotes itself to training medical and nursing professionals engaged in basic nursing for the country.However,under the influence of social value diversification,nursing professional characteristics,increasing medical disputes,personal treatment and other factors,a part of secondary vocational nursing students' professional identity is worrying,which affects the stability of the medical team,the improvement of nursing service level and personal employment.The spiritual connotation of craftsmen spirit in large countries is intrinsically related to the professional requirements of craftsmen spirit nursing in large countries.The integration of craftsmen spirit in large countries into vocational nursing students' education can change students' professional awareness,sense of professional benefit and sense of professional motivation and enhance their sense of professional identity.Therefore,it is necessary to develop vocational nursing students' sense of professional identity based on craftsmen spirit in large countries.In this paper,the research is carried out by means of literature,questionnaire and interviews.The research is carried out in the context of literature collation,the analysis of the status quo and problems of professional identity,the analysis of causes and the construction of strategies.Firstly,this paper reviews and summarizes the data,defines the concepts and dimensions of professional identity and craftsmanship spirit in big countries,and explores the necessity and principle of integrating the outline craftsmanship spirit into vocational nursing students' professional identity.Subsequently,280 nursing students in secondary vocational schools were surveyed by questionnaires.With the help of spss.17,the status quo and problems of the integration of the spirit of craftsmen in major countries were analyzed,and the reasons for the inadequacy of the integration of the spirit of craftsmen in major vocational nursing students were analyzed.Through the investigation,it was found that the vocational nursing students in secondary vocational schools had insufficient professional awareness,weak sense of professional benefit and insufficient sense of professional motivation.The specific reasons are that secondary vocational nursing students lack of awareness of the spirit of craftsmen in big countries,the construction of craftsmen spiritual curriculum in big countries is not perfect,the spirit of craftsmen in big countries is not strong enough in teachers' teaching,the campus culture of craftsmen spiritual in big countries is not strong enough,and the importance of integrating practical links into the spirit of craftsmen in big countries is not enough.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons,this paper puts forward that we should build a perfect curriculum system of craftsmen spirit in big countries,effectively penetrate the connotation of craftsmen spirit in big countries,build a strong campus culture of craftsmen spirit in big countries,and strengthen the integration of craftsmen spirit in big countries in practice.Through the implementation of these strategies,the vocational identity of nursing students in secondary vocational schools can be enhanced under the guidance of the spirit of craftsmen in big countries.
