Research On Cultivating Craftsman Spirit Of Nursing Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

Against the background of the country’s strong advocacy of cultivating high-quality technically skilled talents,craftsman spirit has become a hot topic and research object in vocational education.Craftsman spirit is an excellent professional spirit that has been pursued in China from ancient times to the present day and therefore therefore it is necessary to deepen and inherit it.As society progresses and people’s health requirements increase,the nursing specialty is rapidly developing.The current demand for medical services has shown a trend towards more quantity,better quality and better skills,and there is an urgent need for a group of nursing professionals with high moral character,excellent skills and quality to meet the personalized and humanized demand for nursing services in the new era.Higher vocational colleges are the main place to cultivate and shape students’ craftsman spirit,and it is their important teaching task and educational mission to cultivate students into high-quality technically skilled talents desired by the nursing industry.However,there are many problems in the process of cultivating craftsman spirit in nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges,which make it difficult to meet the quality demand for nursing professionals in the nursing industry nowadays.It is urgent and important to analyze and solve these problems and explore strategies for cultivating craftsman spirit among nursing students in higher vocational colleges.This research takes the cultivation of craftsman spirit among nursing students in higher vocational colleges as the research object,and combines literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and defines the core concepts related to craftsman spirit among nursing students in higher vocational colleges,and takes Marx’s Labor Value Theory and Tacit Knowledge Theory as the guidance,and takes nursing students in N college in Sichuan Province as the questionnaire survey object and the teachers and students of the college as the interviewees,and conducted a field survey on the current situation of cultivating craftsmanship spirit in nursing profession.According to the survey results,the following problems exist in the cultivation of craftsman spirit among nursing students in higher vocational colleges: first,there are differences in the understanding and implementation of the craftsman spirit cultivation plan;second,the curriculum system for the cultivation of craftsman spirit needs to be improved;third,the integration of craftsman spirit with teaching activities is not enough;fourth,the cultural atmosphere of campus craftsman spirit is not strong enough;fifth,the integration of craftsman spirit into extracurricular activities is not deep enough.After in-depth analysis,it can be attributed to four factors: deviation of cultivation concept,influence of cultural concept,lack of craftsman content in curriculum and teaching,and weak sense of craftsman among students.Based on the above analysis,this research proposes targeted measures for cultivating craftsman spirit among nursing students in higher vocational colleges: first,to strengthen the understanding and implementation of the cultivation plan of craftsmanship spirit from the three levels of school,teachers and students;second,to build a curriculum system for cultivating craftsman spirit;third,to improve the cultivation effect of teaching activities;fourth,to create a cultural atmosphere of campus craftsman spirit;and fifth,to realize the internalization of craftsmanship spirit in extracurricular activities.From the above analysis,we hope to provide new perspectives and ideas for the cultivation of craftsman spirit among nursing students in higher vocational colleges,so as to cultivate nursing professionals with excellence and moral excellence.
