Research On The Performance Of Q Port Company Based On Balanced Scorecard

When conducting the performance of listed companies,the traditional evaluation methods only rely on financial indicators for evaluation.They are not only lagging but also easy to be operated artificially.Compared with the financial indicators of performance evaluation,the balanced scorecard is not only a financial performance evaluation,but also pay attention to the future development of enterprises,the evaluation scope encompasses many aspects related with the enterprise profit and development,benefit from the overall perspective to evaluate the performance of enterprises.Therefore,in view of the theory of Balanced Scorecard,this paper constructs a set of models for evaluating the performance of listed companies on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard theory,which is the research object of Q port stock company.Firstly,the background and significance of performance evaluation based on the Balanced Scorecard theory are elaborated,and the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized from different performance evaluation angles.At the same time,introducing the research ideas,research methods and research contents of this paper.Secondly,it summarizes the related theories from the concept,evaluation method and analysis method of performance evaluation,introduces the performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard theory,and selects relevant evaluation indicators combined with the actual situation of Q port stock company.Thirdly,it introduces Q port company,evaluates the performance evaluation system of Q port company,analyzes the four aspects from the balanced scorecard,and then uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct overall performance analysis.Finally,combined with the Q port of Limited by Share Ltd’s operating performance evaluation of the whole process and results,suggestions from the financial,customer,internal processes,learning and growth four aspects put forward effective countermeasures for the Q port,the future development of the company,to improve the operating performance of Q port corporation.
