The arrival of big data,an emerging product,not only brings different degrees of impact to all walks of life,but also brings important development opportunities to enterprises.The business decisions generated by the big data environment will provide a new way to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises,so that enterprises can better develop and survive in this treacherous world.More and more scholars study how big data affects enterprise decision-making.However,most of the existing studies focus on how big data affects enterprise decision-making,and do not explore how business decision-making under the big data environment will affect enterprise strategic performance.Using the methods of literature analysis and case study,this paper takes Midea Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and combines with the Balanced Scorecard to explore the impact of business decision-making on enterprise strategic performance in the big data environment from the four dimensions of customer,internal business process,learning and growth,and finance,The following conclusions are drawn: the big data environment has spawned data centric business decision-making,and has been deeply integrated into the business activities of enterprises,greatly affecting the four aspects of enterprise R & D decision-making,production decision-making,marketing decision-making and service decision-making.In the aspect of R & D decision-making,the goal is to design products that are more suitable for customers' needs,so as to encourage enterprises to increase R & D investment,thus affecting the learning and growth dimension,customer dimension and financial dimension of enterprise strategic performance;In the aspect of production decision-making,it realizes the on-demand production of products,improves the production efficiency and management efficiency of enterprises,and thus affects the internal business process dimension of enterprise strategic performance;In the aspect of marketing decision-making: build a whole process digital marketing system,use big data to achieve precision marketing and product mix,push products according to customer needs,and accelerate inventory turnover,thus affecting the customer dimension and financial dimension of enterprise strategic performance;Service decision-making: improve the user experience,meet the diversified needs of customers,thus affecting the customer dimension and financial dimension of enterprise strategic performance.On this basis,the path of the impact of business decisions on the strategic performance of enterprises in the big data environment is finally constructed.
