Research On The Safety Supervision Problems And Countermeasures Of Special Equipment In Honghuagang District, Zunyi City

The continuou majorization of special equipment is an is nevitable way to ensure the daily safe operation of special equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and realize the optimization of safety supervision of special equipment.The research on safety supervision of special equipment started half a century ago.Although it is relatively late compared with other developed countries,through the unremitting research of Chinese scholars and technicians,it has also achieved very significant results,and the effect of safety supervision has been greatly improved compared with many years ago.However,due to the development of society and the rapid updating and upgrading of equipment,there are still some problems in the implementation of safety supervision of special equipment in China,and some measures still need to be improved.The dissertation first suggest the background and significance of the topic,after the institutional reform,Honghuagang District of Zunyi city still has some problems in the actual supervision of special equipment,such as special equipment users have weak safety awareness,weak supervision force,weak supervision efficiency,low supervision efficiency,low social participation,low degree of cooperative supervision of multi-departments,and imperfect supervision information of special equipment.Based on the public crisis management theory and government regulation theory,this paper focuses on implementing unit using safety oversight responsibility,optimizing the allocation of resources,improve the supervision of special equipment personnel appraisal system,promoting social work,improve the system of multi-sectoral coordination regulation,special equipment information supervision and so on several aspects,In depth exploration of special equipment safety supervision provides feasible cases to protect the public's personal health and property safety.
