The problem of grass-roots staff incentives is a problem that every company must recognize and solve in the development process,but not all enterprises realize its importance and can not solve it well.Therefore,some enterprises lack a perfect enterprise incentive system,which is difficult to stimulate the work enthusiasm of grass-roots staffs and affect the long-term development of enterprises.How to make full use of the employee incentive Scheme to maximize the value of staffs should be the focus of social attention and the ultimate goal of enterprise human resource management.Therefore,on the basis of existing research and related theories,this article combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the incentive Scheme of JP Expressway Company,analyze the status quo,dig out problems,and propose countermeasures,which has certain theoretical significance and reality significance.Firstly,This paper summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,and accurately defines the core concepts of this article.At the same time,it refines and summarizes the classic theories such as the hierarchy of needs theory,the two-factor theory,the human capital theory,and the human-based management theory to construct this article and constructs the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the incentive Scheme of JP Expressway Company,and finds that the current staffs of JP Expressway Company are not sufficiently motivated and the incentive effect is not good.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems and their reasons in the incentive Scheme of company.Through questionnaire survey analysis,it is found that the problems of JP Expressway’s incentive Scheme are mainly in salary,promotion,training and spiritual culture.Aiming at the problems of the JP Expressway Company’s incentive Scheme and analyzing the reasons based on the actual situation,this article believes that the main reasons are as follows: one is the lack of "people-oriented" incentive concept guidance,and the other is the imperfect management Scheme of the company.The third is the imperfection of the company’s incentive Scheme.These three points ultimately lead to poor implementation of incentives.Finally,the optimization strategy of the employee incentive Scheme of JP Expressway Company is proposed.On the basis of grasping the status quo of JP Expressway Company,an incentive Scheme optimization plan was designed,and specific and operable suggestions were put forward in terms of salary,promotion,training,spiritual culture and so on.At the same time,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the plan are put forward,so that the optimized plan can be truly implemented.After the above-mentioned research,this article has achieved innovations in two aspects:First,innovation of research perspective.This paper based on the theory of motivation,then designs an incentive Scheme suitable for grassroots staffs from the perspective of “peopleoriented”;second,optimization and innovation of incentive scheme.This article adopts a diversified perspective from Remuneration,promotion,training,spiritual culture,etc.started to design grass-roots staffs’ incentive optimization plan,and at the same time,proposed safeguard measures from multiple perspectives such as finance,system,and supervision,which enhanced the feasibility of the optimization plan.At the same time,there are still some shortcomings in this article,such as the design of the questionnaire may not be comprehensive enough,and the effectiveness of the incentive optimization scheme has yet to be verified.
