With the development of the times,continuous innovation of big data and the Internet,the success or failure of enterprises in planning for future strategic issues has become a key factor in the success of companies.The concept of Balanced Scorecard proposed by two professors Kaplan and Norton can not only evaluate financial indicators,but also evaluate the company's strategic indicators in terms of customers,business processes,growth and innovation,and it becomes a set of corporate strategic management tools.After nearly 40 years of reform and opening up,China's manufacturing enterprises have achieved unprecedented achievements,but there are also large numbers of people,many jobs,large energy consumption,and high degree of specialization in the production process,while the traditional financial indicators are The main performance evaluation system emphasizes one-sidedly on operating performance and shareholders' interests,ignoring the internal driving force for the development of the enterprise and detrimental to the company's long-term strategic goals.The emergence of the Balanced Scorecard not only makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional performance evaluation system,but also emphasizes the company's sustainable development capabilities and risk early warning mechanisms.Then what is the situation for China's manufacturing enterprises to implement balanced scorecards in the Balanced Scorecard?What are the problems that need to be solved in implementation?This article selects DA company to conduct case studies and sorts out and summarizes DA's practical experience from the introduction of balanced scorecards to mature applications.Based on the process of implementing the Balanced Scorecard,the implementation process was introduced in detail with examples and diagrams.Relying on the analysis framework of classic theoretical articles,relevant issues in the implementation process were thoroughly discussed.By constantly improving the Balanced Scorecard,DA has not only enhanced DA's strategic management capabilities,but also achieved a complete upgrade of its strategy,operations,budget,and performance system.However,through the analysis of this paper,it also found that it has problems in the implementation process.And the reason for this,and through further discussion,proposed suggestions for resolving the related deficiencies.At the same time,in conjunction with the characteristics of the industry,related suggestions have been made on how other manufacturing companies can advance the Balanced Scorecard.
