With the rapid development of the power industry,the competition among power companies is becoming increasingly,improve the company’s core competitiveness,and maximize profits.In the fierce market competition,in order to stabilize the market position H company need an effective performance evaluation system.As an advanced performance evaluation tool,the Balanced Scorecard has gradually been accepted by many well-known companies in China.In order to comply with the current management requirements of the power industry,this paper takes the performance evaluation of H power company as the research background,and deeply discusses the application analysis of the balanced scorecard.First,this paper introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge about performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,which lays a certain theoretical foundation for the following texts.Secondly,according to the actual situation of H power company,analyzes the problems existing in the current performance evaluation system,and then explains The necessity and feasibility of introducing the Balanced Scorecard;Again,by delineating and implementing the strategic objectives into the specific production and operation activities by drawing strategic maps,the corresponding assessment indicators are determined for the four levels of the Balanced Scorecard and used.The analytic hierarchy process assigns weights to these indicators,standardizes the index values,and uses the comprehensive evaluation method to determine the final comprehensive performance scores.Finally,it analyzes the results of performance evaluation and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages in the production and operation process.The conclusions of this paper prove that it is feasible to introduce the Balanced Scorecard into the performance evaluation system of H Power Company,which is in line with the current management status of H Company.The four levels are closely related to the direction that the company needs to focus on in the future.Thereby improving the overall competitiveness of H Power Company and promoting the long-term development of the company.
