Community "overflow" Place Creation Based On Daily Examination

Under the concept of "urban renewal" in China's big cities,with the change from "things" to "people" in the practice of "community renewal" in recent years,designers turn their attention to people and places,public life,and constantly explore how to improve the research approach of urban community environment.This paper is inspired by the study of Jinhe Zilang.From the perspective of daily life as a study of "community renewal",it tries to grasp the life clues of community residents.Through the process of "collection,classification,analysis and summary",it finds out the space practice and place identity of residents behind the community public life in the way of "insight and knowledge" The value and innovation of the method of "examination" in the investigation of "community renewal".This paper takes the overflow place of community as the research object.First of all,by combing the development and evolution of the study of "examination of modern architecture" from the perspective of "Daily",the paper summarizes the connotation and significance of "examination of modern architecture" as a research method;secondly,by summarizing the development and research methods of "community renewal" at home and abroad,it summarizes its practical experience;then,it tries to combine the research methods of "examination of modern architecture" into the practice of "community renewal" to demonstrate its significance The significance of community research;this paper takes Huakang community in Guangzhou as an example,through the research on the "examination of the present" of the community "overflow" places,finds out the "folk wisdom" and community problems of the users behind them;then,for the purpose of "community renewal",analyzes the relevant public space practice cases at home and abroad,and summarizes the design strategies applicable to the construction of "overflow" places;Starting from the strategy,taking Huakang community of Guangzhou City as the practice object,combining with the research data in the process of the examination,this paper puts forward the design scheme of "community renewal" which is suitable for Huakang residents from two aspects: the renewal of community environment and the construction of the sense of place belonging.Finally,it summarizes the function and achievements of "examination" on community research and design,and looks forward to the future of "examination" in other courses The extension of the question.
