Research On The Renewal Of Xikang Road West Community In Changchun Based On The Idea Of Community Building

As community renewal has become a hotspot focused by the government and people in recent years,it directly affects city construction and the quality of people’s lives.Especially at present,while promoting the transformation to service-oriented government,domestic governments at all levels have started to transfer a lot of functions they assumed in the past to the society.The community is the basic carrier for implementing various social management functions,as well as the smallest unit of urban construction and development.Based on the idea of community building,there are more and more studies on the level of community renewal.Community building focuses on improving the self-government consciousness of community residents,and uses a bottom-up model to promote the continuous development of the community.The idea of community building can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional community planning,and is more in line with the development trend of urban old communities.The government needs to establish a community governance mechanism,provide a good system guarantee for more social entities to participate in community renewal,create a good governance atmosphere,guide residents to actively participate in community development and construction,and promote the practical application of community building concepts in community renewal.The research on community building in our country is more about basic theories and macro methods,and there is a lack of practical research on the renewal of old communities.In this paper,Xikang Road West Community in Changchun is selected as the research object,analyze the dilemma and opportunities in the construction and development of Xikang Road West Community.Problems in the status quo of the community analyzes the three aspects of the community space environment,business and cultural environment,and community governance through field research and data analysis.Based on the idea of community building,the entry point and implementation path for the renewal of the Xikang Road West Community are proposed,and the practical research is carried out on the improvement of the community space environment,the building of business and cultural vitality,and the construction of governance models,and explores the countermeasures for the renewal of the old community.Studies have shown that the idea of community building advocates a bottom-up approach to solve community problems to promote community construction.Xikang Road West Community needs the government,businesses and community residents to participate in community renewal,so that community renewal can be better satisfied residents’ life needs.
