Research On The Whole Process Management Of Power Interconnection Projects

With the increasing countries participating in the B&R initiative,increasing global energy optimization allocation of the concept of global energy Internet Global grid interconnection between countries and continents will be unstoppable trend of the future power industry.As the carrier,interconnection projects will undoubtedly flourish.In order to better realize the optimal allocation of power energy and promote the construction of power connectivity projects,it is necessary to conduct research on power connectivity project management from the perspective of whole-process project management and whole-life cycle management of equipmentThis article reviews the history of China's electric power cooperation with surrounding countries.Combining with the concept of Global Energy Internet,it defines power connectivity projects.On the basis of the project management theory and characteristics of interconnection project,the management process is divided into five stages including early stage,preparation stage,implementation stage,acceptance and commissioning stage,operation and retirement stageOn the basis of the five stages,it generalizes the whole process of management of the connectivity project related Myanmar,analyzing the existing problems of feasibility study in the early stage,agreement in the preparation management mode in the implementation,and puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement.In view of the key problems,it further proposes development mode,management mode and project contract system.Finally,according to the reality of connectivity project,from the preliminary stage,preparation stage,implementation stage,acceptance and commissioning stage,operational and retired stage,it puts forward the main work in the whole process of management,the main process data as well as the matters needing attention,points out a feasible path for the implementation of the project.
