With the fast development of our national economy and the constant improvement of the social productivity,our construction industry is also growing rapidly.However,our level and ability of construction project quality management still stay in the relatively primitive stage,which leads to the situation that part of the projects are hard to meet the construction expectation and then a lot of unnecessary waste of resources emerge.These problems need our thinking and reflection.This paper,starting from the basic concept and basic theory of project management,researching systematically by combining the actual situation of the SHYX stadium project construction,analyzes the series of problems in the whole process of construction project management,and put forward the ideas and suggestions to improve and solve the problems to construction project owner to urge the construction owner to continuously develop and improve its own quality management system in the future project management,in order to improve the project quality management level and then set a good example for the whole process of quality management activities of other stadiums' construction projects.Therefore,the analysis has a certain practical significance.Chapter 1 is the introduction,and include mainly the research background,the research purpose and significance,the research idea and the general structure of this paper.Chapter 2 carefully studies the relevant theoretical knowledge of relevant quality management leading to the meaning and function of project quality management,introduces the development of project quality management at home and abroad,and introduces in detail the theoretical basis of this paper.In Chapter 3,the general situation of SHYX stadium project is introduced in detail,and then project's construction and quality goals are put forward.The fourth chapter studies the quality management plan of SHYX stadium project in the whole life cycle,and then introduces the factors affecting the project,the quality control system and the project quality control measures of the owner side at every stage.Then the fifth chapter studies the quality management measures on the owner's quality behavior at each stage,and summarizes the problems and experience of quality control and then proposes the countermeasures.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and outlook of this paper.This paper studies the whole process of quality management of SHYX stadium project and analyzes the quality control of construction project at every stage,discusses the characteristics of the stadium project,and emphasizes the contribution of the owner's whole process of quality management to the entire life cycle of the project.In the engineering project management,the management of the three stages--before,during and after the project is emphasized,and combining constant check,improvement and perfection in the process,achieve the expected quality target.This paper,in combination with the practice of project quality management,clears the importance of the whole process of management in the owner's construction project quality management,analyzes and highlights the owner's leading role in the project quality management what means improving the ability of the owner side's project quality management has a great contribution on the quality of construction projects,which has a certain reference significance to the owner's construction project quality management.
