This article proceeds from execution stage in construction project, introduces the process control mode of construction project, which is a international practical mode and recommended by the competent authorities in our country. This article theoretically states the position and application of the system engineering ideas in electric power construction project.This article, in connection with the process control practice of execution stage in electric power construction project , makes detail analysis about problems being existed in process control at present. This article demonstrates the necessity for the reform about process control of execution stage in electric power construction project. This article puts forward process control mode to meet the international practices , which has the content of "Three Control, Two Management,, One Coordination" and takes the project supervision system as the core.This article, finally, takes a case-process control of PiKou electric power transmission and substation project, to demonstrate that author's theory and method are correct and practical.
