With the development of economy and the rapid urbanization process in China,the number of cities increased dramatically,the urban population surged and the traffic pressure expanded,these phenomenons serious influence the residents of production and living.The subway as a large capacity of urban rail transportation can be very good at solving this difficult problem.There are many risks in the process of the construction of the subway,such as policy risk,security risk,operation risk.However,the current project risk management in China has fragmented nature to some extent,attaching great importance to the single stage while ignoring the unity of risk management in project life cycle easily.It is high time that we should pay more attention to the study of risk management theory and integrated technology in construction project life cycle.Therefore,on the basis of relevant risk theoretical study and combined with the project life cycle theory,this paper mainly discusses the risk management in construction project life cycle and proposes risk management framework based on the project life cycle.Firstly,this paper elaborates fundamental risk management theory and methods of project life cycle,which divided into decision phase,program design stage,construction phase and completion ending and operational phase.Secondly,risk factors at every stage of construction project life cycle are broken down using common risk identification methods to distinguish.And the model of risk identification is established to identify the risk factors more systematically and effectively.After that,this paper makes a comprehensive explanation of methods and applications while analyzing and assessing risk factors.A risk assessment model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is also put forward with its specific evaluation steps.Finally,risk response strategies and controlling measures are elaborated at each stage of project life cycle.At the end of this paper,the applicability of risk management framework in project life cycle is verified through a specific construction project.In the railway construction project,risk identification,risk analysis,risk evaluation,risk response and controlling are applied to every stage of the project,hoping to give the direction and suggestions for further researches of construction project risk management. |
