Corporate culture is an important part of the soft power of an enterprise,which has the characteristics of being difficult to copy and affecting sustainability.Excellent corporate culture is very important for the long-term healthy development of an enterprise.Once the enterprise obtains the cultural advantage,it will provide the continuous power for the development of the enterprise in a long time,which can help the enterprise to enhance its innovation,leading and fighting power in the market competition,expand the growth space of the enterprise,and boost the enterprise to be invincible in the market competition.At the same time,internal employees can fully feel the vitality brought by corporate culture,high efficiency,low communication cost,good relationship between employees,and positive outlook.If we don't pay attention to the construction of corporate culture,it will lead to many adverse consequences,such as low efficiency of enterprise work,prevarication among employees,sharp increase of enterprise operation cost,weak sense of social responsibility,etc.,which may lead to operation crisis or even bankruptcy.Although corporate culture is a relatively virtual existence,it can indeed inject vitality into the enterprise and bring tangible and intangible,economic and social benefits to the enterprise.Corporate culture is often accompanied by the birth of this enterprise.It comes from the daily operation and management of the enterprise.With the accumulation of time,it has gradually become the core culture of the enterprise,and has been passed on among employees and in the development of the enterprise.Corporate culture represents the depth that the enterprise can reach in the professionalism of the industry,and also explains what the enterprise can form in the industry in the future Therefore,this symbol of the core competitiveness of enterprises has great research significance.Through questionnaire survey,discussion and exchange,as well as in-depth analysis of the existing information and development history of FC company,this paper finds that FC company has deficiencies in four aspects:spiritual culture construction,institutional culture construction,behavioral culture construction and material culture construction.FC company is a three-level unit under a large enterprise group.In the process of cultural construction,it mainly adopts the way of cultural injection of parent company and personalized construction according to the actual situation of FC company.In view of the problems reflected in the survey,the author constructs the corporate culture of FC company from four aspects:spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and material culture,and sets up a communication system to publicize to every employee.At the same time,we should pay attention to summing up experience in the daily implementation of employees,carry forward the good part of corporate culture and adjust the unsuitable part in the feedback system.As time goes on,corporate culture can be gradually implemented in the daily behavior of employees.The construction of corporate culture needs to be promoted step by step according to a certain process,and at the same time,it also needs to be supplemented by ideas,resources,publicity,organization and other safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of corporate culture construction,which will be clearly described in this paper.Through the study of FC company's corporate culture construction,it shows that:for the cultural construction of subsidiaries under large-scale enterprise groups,we should not only pay attention to the cultural integration of the parent company,but also carry out personalized construction according to our own actual situation.The construction of corporate culture is a systematic project,which not only needs leaders' attention,employees' participation,summary and refinement,and extensive publicity,but also needs long-term practice and inheritance,so as to make it the soul of the enterprise and promote the long-term development of the enterprise.
