In China's energy structure,coal occupies the core position and plays an important role in the progress of human civilization,economic development and other fields.With the deepening of global economic integration,industrial restructuring and supply side reform,great changes have taken place in the coal market.After the year of 2019,China will face more and more uncertain factors in the internal and external macro environment.Under the background of rapidly changing economic market,the overall economy will show a steady development trend,and the expected goals will advance smoothly.The outbreak of new coronary heart disease in 2020 has brought great harm to the society and economy of all countries in the world.In addition to the influence of internal and external environmental factors,the coal industry is facing huge operating pressure.During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,in order to successfully achieve the strategic objectives,the Chinese government began to promote the layout of industrial structure adjustment,the rapid rise of emerging industries,and gradually replaced the traditional industries with high consumption and high pollution.At the same time,in order to speed up the development of new energy industry,the government has issued a series of policies and incentives.According to the energy development review and Outlook(2020)report released by the Research Institute of China Power Energy Information Research Center under the national energy administration,in the next five years,China's wind power,photovoltaic power and other new energy installations will increase from one fifth to one third,The proportion of power generation exceeds 10%.2021 is the first year of the fourteenth five year plan,and the fourteenth five year plan is also the key period and window period for carbon peak.We should focus on the following work.It is necessary to build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system,control the total amount of fossil energy,strive to improve utilization efficiency,implement renewable energy substitution action,deepen the reform of power system,and build a new power system with new energy as the main body.To implement the action of reducing pollution and carbon in key industries,green manufacturing should be promoted in industry,energy-saving standards should be improved in construction,and green low-carbon transportation mode should be formed in transportation.We should promote major breakthroughs in green and low-carbon technologies,speed up the deployment of research on low-carbon cutting-edge technologies,accelerate the popularization and application of pollution and carbon reduction technologies,and establish and improve the evaluation and trading system of green and low-carbon technologies and the service platform for scientific and technological innovation.We should improve the green and low-carbon policy and market system,improve the energy "double control" system,improve the fiscal,price,financial,land,government procurement and other policies conducive to the development of green and low-carbon,accelerate the promotion of carbon emission trading,and actively develop green finance.This paper first determines the research object,namely a coal company.Based on a comprehensive review of relevant theoretical knowledge and literature results related to the research topic of this paper,the paper studies the development of the coal industry and the disadvantages existing in the process of formulating and implementing the business strategy of the case company,and uses SWOT analysis method to accurately identify the internal(strengths,weaknesses)and external(opportunities,threats)factors faced by the company.Then,the business strategy suitable for the long-term and effective development of the company is determined by means of modeling.In order to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the company and maximize the economic and social benefits,the paper defines the strategic objectives and formulates detailed implementation rules and various safeguard measures,such as differentiation strategy,cost leadership strategy and marketing strategy,in combination with the objectives of the 14 th five year plan.This paper discusses the operation strategy of Coal company A in detail,especially analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of the company,and puts forward practical and effective strategic implementation path,which provides reference for the operation strategy formulation of coal enterprises in China under the "new normal" of economic development.
