With the rapid development of the domestic economy,the consumption structure of domestic residents is in an upgrade stage,the automotive market to continue its rapid growth.According to statistics,there are more than 100,000 gas stations in China,and the daily refueling volume is nearly 10 billions.The traditional cash transaction is less than one-half of the non-cash transaction volume,and the gas station is gradually becoming non-cash.For gas stations,the services and the products are becoming more similar.How to improve competitiveness among many competitors is a long-term issue At the same time,the domestic refueling market continues to open to the outside world,the refined oil enters the era of meager profit,and the competition of gas stations is becoming increasing.The operators of major refined oil sales companies are increasingly aware of customer service,and continue to expand marketing channels to increase passenger flow.The oil refined oil get lower and lower.However,the gas station marketing channel is single,the petrol stations are passive,and they are eager to seek new solutions to face the existing market changes.This thesis will be based on the H company's Huijiayou platform,which is being developed by the author.The platform can optimize the traditional fueling process of the gas station.It focuses on efficiency first,mainly planning,operation,management and control during the fueling process.The business is integrated,and the computer technology,network technology,database technology and Internet of Things technology are applied.The data in the management process is collected through the means of Internet information,analyzed and shared,and the whole gas station is refueled.Optimization plays a positive role.Enterprises can also make decisions based on data analysis.The efficiency of refueling has been improved,the cost has been greatly reduced,and the service level and quality have also been improved.This paper evaluates the value of the entrepreneurial project through the theory of entrepreneurship and business plan,business model and platform strategy,the company's products and services,industry and competitive strategy analysis,marketing strategy,company structure and operation plan,financial plan and risk assessment.And related countermeasures and recommendations.The research results show that the project has high feasibility,low risk,large return on investment,and strong market value and social value.Based on this,it is of great practical significance for H company's Internet + fueling project research,and can provide some reference and suggestions for the later development of the industry.
