With the problem of taking out garbage becoming more and more serious,the voice of environmental protection lunch box is more and more high.On the one hand,the state and the takeout platform pay more and more attention to the development of environmental protection lunch box enterprises.On the other hand,the takeout market is still in the stage of rapid expansion,and there is a large demand for the use of lunch boxes.Therefore,the market potential of environmental protection lunch box is huge in the future.In this paper,the Jinluwei project is studied in the form of business plan.Through the use of strategic management,marketing management and financial management related concepts and theories,the current situation and future development potential of the project are systematically described and analyzed.On the one hand,the business plan can help the project integrate resources,system analysis and provide guidelines.On the other hand,the business plan is a necessary display material to obtain financing and help investors quickly understand the value and development potential of the project.Firstly,this paper introduces the project in detail,including company profile,project profile,product and technology,etc.Then the external environment of the project is analyzed,and the macro environment and industry competition environment of the project are systematically analyzed by PEST analysis model and five forces model.Then,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the favorable and unfavorable factors inside and outside the project,and the conclusion is drawn that the external environment of the project is conducive to the development of the project,at the same time,the internal advantages and disadvantages of the project are relatively large.On this basis,the target market and marketing target of the project are established through market potential analysis.Then combined with the characteristics of the project itself,using 4P marketing theory to formulate targeted marketing mix strategy,through the combination and application of controllable factors of the project to achieve marketing goals.Next,combined with the above analysis,this paper makes the financing plan and exit way of the project,and makes the profit analysis and benefit evaluation of the project.The project plans to raise 10 million yuan from venture investors and transfer 20% shares;the investment payback period of the project is 2.6 years.After the fourth year of the project enters a stable period,the annual return on investment of venture investors can reach more than 12.5%.It can be seen that the economic benefits of this project are very significant.Then,the risk analysis is carried out and the corresponding measures are formulated to reduce the uncertainty and control the risk to the maximum extent.Finally,at the end of this paper,we get the conclusion that "golden reed" project is not only necessary but also feasible.
