Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures For Classified Treatment Of Household Garbage In Y City

Since the reform and opening up,China has sought economic growth at the cost of ecological environment.Now,the continuous deterioration of ecological environment has threatened people’s living homes,and ecological environmental protection war has begun.Under the background of the Party Central Committee’s in-depth promotion of ecological civilization construction,the state has issued various policies to continuously promote household garbage classification,and household garbage classification treatment has become an important topic of urban management.Y city is a county-level city located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.In recent years,it has actively carried out household garbage classification and treatment.Although some achievements have been made,the "stumbling block" still remains.Therefore,it is of vital significance to clarify the treatment work,sort out the problems and analyze the causes of the problems for the smooth promotion of household garbage classification and treatment in Y City.By method of consulting literature materials,this article,the relative knowledge of garbage classification,combed the domestic and foreign scholars on the research conclusion,with the theory of public goods,the collaborative governance theory and the theory of circular economy as the theory basis in this paper,we study and analyze Y city living garbage classification treatment measures and results of using the depth interview method and questionnaire investigation,Several problems that need to be solved in the process of household garbage classification and treatment in Y city are sorted out,for example,insufficient coordination among departments,defects in various classification links,low enthusiasm of residents in participating,and imperfect waste disposal terminals.Through the analysis to find out the reasons of the problems: the relevant system is not perfect,the publicity and education strength is not enough,other main body play insufficient,lack of supporting funds,etc.On this basis,in combination with the practical situation of the city of Y,and strengthen the relevant system construction,strong propaganda and public opinion atmosphere,guide social forces to participate in,broaden the channels of funding sources,such as optimizing countermeasures,in order to enhance the level of Y city living garbage classification management and strengthen the governance effect,promote the ecological environment protection,promote the development of city green.The specific optimization countermeasures proposed in this study for the classification and treatment of household garbage in Y city can not only provide a good reference for decisionmaking and promote the improvement of the classification and treatment of household garbage in Y City,but also have certain reference value for the management of other cities of the same type.
