Research On The Evaluation Of Rural Living Environment In Xiangcheng County

In today's rapidly developing society,it not only brings about the change of urban and rural appearance,but also brings about a lot of problems.For example,the problem of rural living environment,because of the dual structure of development for a long time,the government has not paid enough attention to the rural living environment,invested less energy,and the management mechanism has not been improved.This series of reasons lead to the current rural human living environment is greatly uneven local differences,and there are dirty mess problems.These long-standing problems have become an important contradiction in China's economic and social development,and do not meet the farmers' expectations and aspirations for a better life.Ecological livability is a key part of China's rural revitalization strategy.Governments at all levels should focus on improving the living environment of rural people and carry out the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".This paper takes Xiang Cheng County of Henan Province as the research object,and obtains primary and secondary data through in-depth interview,field investigation and literature collation.Based on the theories related to rural human settlements,this paper proposes a set of evaluation system for rural human settlements by using entropy method,and then evaluates and analyzes the existing survey data,and summarizes the problems that need to be solved and the corresponding solutions.This paper investigates and summarizes the visit data of many towns in Xiangcheng County,and based on the analysis results,it puts forward some problems in the governance of Xiangcheng County's human settlement environment: lack of overall planning in the village,inadequate sewage treatment facilities,hardening rate of roads in the village,and beautiful village construction Low standards,low public awareness of environmental protection,low emphasis on villagers,lack of good hygiene habits,unbalanced promotion between towns and townships,light management of reconstruction,inadequate system implementation,insufficient investment,and shortage of funds;the following suggestions are made to address these issues : Strengthen publicity and guidance,improve villagers' consciousness,strengthen planning and guidance,orderly advance layout adjustment,improve infrastructure construction,strengthen basic facilities,implement work responsibilities,innovate evaluation methods,adjust measures to local conditions,and select models.
