Study On Construction Level And Villagers' Satisfaction Evaluation Of The Typical Rural Human Settlements In Northwest China

Rural living environment is the living environment closely related to the living,living and production activities of rural residents.Improving rural living environment plays a key role in Rural Revitalization.Since the reform and opening up,China's agricultural and rural development has made great achievements,and the rural human settlements environment has also improved significantly.But generally speaking,the living environment of rural areas in China is still very unbalanced,especially in areas with relatively backward economic development.There are still a series of problems such as dirty environment,poor appearance of villages,waste treatment,sewage treatment and other infrastructure and backward public services,which are far behind the expectation of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and the farmers.At present,the academic circles pay more attention to the eastern,central and other rural areas with relatively good human settlements,but ignore the rural areas with poor human settlements in the northwest,and most of the research is a single evaluation of the construction level of rural human settlements or villagers' satisfaction.The research on the internal relationship between the two is slightly insufficient.The level of rural development in Northwest China is relatively low,and the construction of human settlements has always been a short board.It is of great practical significance to have a deep understanding of the current characteristics,remediation effectiveness and farmers' perception of the rural human settlements in Northwest China,so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of the construction level of rural human settlements and the current situation of villagers' satisfaction,find out the existing problems and corresponding reasons,and then optimize the remediation practice.AbstractIn this paper,Yanchi County,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,as the research area,through the interview and questionnaire survey of 207 villagers in 10 administrative villages in the county,using the interview data and questionnaire survey data,combined with living conditions,ecological environment,infrastructure,basic security,democratic management and other closely related content with the villagers,to build the evaluation system of rural residential environment construction level and villagers' satisfaction This paper uses AHP to evaluate the level of human settlements construction and villagers' perception of human settlements in Yanchi County.On the one hand,while analyzing the evaluation results of rural residential environment construction level,the average value zoning method is used to divide the types of village areas and explore the differentiation characteristics of the level of residential environment construction in Yanchi County;on the other hand,according to the evaluation results of villagers' satisfaction,the variance analysis is used to explore the satisfaction differences of farmers' sample types and sort out the differences of farmers' sample types Dissimilation characteristics.And use the typical correlation analysis method,and use the typical regression analysis and correlation analysis method to couple the construction level of rural residential environment with the satisfaction of villagers,and sort out the current difficulties in the treatment of rural residential environment in Northwest China.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of rural human settlements,which provides scientific reference for promoting the improvement of rural human settlements in Northwest China.The main research results and findings are as follows:(1)Yanchi County's rural residential environment construction level score is 76.91,the overall level is average.The construction level scores of six dimensions rank from the highest to the lowest: Democratic Management(85.51)> cultural construction(80.79)> living conditions(77.63)> basic security(76.27)> ecological environment(72.47)> Infrastructure(72.4).Overall,the living environment of Yanchi County has been greatly improved,but there is still a lack of capital and technology investment in toilet facilities,irrigation facilities,sewage treatment conditions,and the construction level of the soft environment of Yanchi county is significantly better than that of the hard environment of human settlements,and the compatibility between the two needs to be improved.(2)The scores of rural human settlements in Yanchi County were divided into three types: dominant type(78.34,79.77),medium type(75.19,78.34)and poor type(74.19,75.19).The three types of villages respectively show that the general construction level of the dominant villages is high,the infrastructure and basic security need to be improved slightly;the coordinated development of the medium-sized sub-systems is uneven;the overall construction level of the poor villages is poor,and the distribution characteristics of the village's human resources and vitality are insufficient,so the optimization strategies need to be put forward.(3)The overall score of villagers' satisfaction with rural living environment in Yanchi county is 77.38,which is between "average" and "relatively satisfied".The scores of villagers' satisfaction in six dimensions are: cultural construction(88.26)> living conditions(81.71)>ecological environment(79.68)> democratic management(76.67)> Infrastructure(74.52)> basic security(72.587).Among them,the satisfaction of cultural construction and democratic management has been greatly improved,but there are still problems such as low satisfaction of toilet facilities,irrigation facilities,education security,etc.;immature management and protection mechanism in the later stage;low participation rate of villagers in the overall human settlements;lack of scientific village planning scheme,etc.(4)From the four aspects of gender,age,education level and family net income,this paper discusses the significant differences of villagers' types in the satisfaction of rural residential environment.The results show that there are significant differences in age,annual net income and education level of rural human settlements,but no significant differences in gender.In the follow-up improvement of human settlements,attention should be paid to the differences of different farmers.(5)The construction level and satisfaction degree of Yanchi County were analyzed.The results show that there is a significant linear positive correlation between the construction level of rural human settlements and villagers' satisfaction,that is,the better the construction level of rural human settlements,the villagers' satisfaction will also be improved.(6)According to the results of the evaluation and coupling analysis of the level of human settlements construction and villagers' satisfaction in Yanchi County,this paper combs out the difficulties of the current remediation of the northwest rural human settlements,which are as follows:(1)the drawbacks of the northwest rural human settlements are obvious;(2)the characteristics of the northwest rural areas are diverse,which increases the difficulty of remediation;(3)the lack of funds,technology,and later management and protection leads to the efficiency of remediation Low.(7)Facing the National Rural Revitalization Strategy,in order to better promote the improvement of rural residential environment and enhance the effectiveness of the improvement,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the above analysis results.The suggestions are as follows:(1)focus on the development of practical technology of rural residential environment improvement.(2)Establish a real-time communication mechanism between the government and the masses.(3)Enhance the effectiveness of public participation in the process of Northwest Rural Human Settlements improvement.(4)Improve the fit between the soft environment and the hard environment.(5)We will improve the late stage management and protection mechanism for various projects.(6)Strengthen the applicability of the evaluation mechanism for the effectiveness of rural human settlements improvement.
