The vocational education is as important as general education,and under the active guidance of the national education policy,the reform of vocational education and teaching is being gradually advanced,it is urgent for the country to cultivate skilled talents and innovative workers through vocational education.The employment direction of accounting students in secondary vocational schools is to engage in various types of accounting work.Therefore,secondary vocational schools should cultivate skilled accounting talents who master modern information technology and have rich professional knowledge according to the needs of society.Basic accounting is a basic course for the whole accounting knowledge system,and also a cornerstone for students to study subsequent accounting courses.However,the teaching method of this course is still based on the traditional teacher-centered injection teaching mode,and students are in a passive position to accept knowledge,which leads to the lack of students’ practical ability.Meanwhile,the shortcoming of traditional teaching method is more and more obvious Throughout the world,Germany’s action-oriented teaching model is relatively successful.The core idea of action-oriented teaching method is to guide learners with actions in classroom teaching,mobilize learners’ interests and hobbies,and train learners’ active learning ability.Influenced by foreign successful case teaching,since the end of last century teaching in secondary vocational school education in China are trying to penetrate action-oriented teaching method in classroom,but action oriented from cognitive to organize teaching there is still a problem Action-oriented teaching in secondary vocational schools established in this paper the application of the basic accounting class as the research object,with local secondary vocational schools in Hebei Xinle Vocational And Technical Education Center(referred to as Xinle Vocational Education Center)as an example,through observing the current situation of basic accounting classroom teaching,found the current accounting classroom teaching problems,explore how to use action-oriented teaching method to solve the practical problems of teaching.The introduction is regarded as the first chapter,which describes the research background and content of the paper;The second chapter is about the theory related to the thesis and the concept of secondary vocational accounting;The third chapter,taking Xinle Vocational and technical Education Center as an example,analyzes the current situation of the application of action-oriented teaching method in the basic accounting courses of secondary vocational schools;Chapter four is an attempt to use this action-led teaching method in schools.;Chapter five examines students’ learning achievements through after-class survey and other methods,and evaluates the teaching effect,and discovers the limitations of action-oriented teaching method.The sixth chapter summarizes and anticipates the above.
