| As one of the important components of vocational education,how to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools is the key to train high-quality talents.In recent years,starting from "teacher empowerment","textbook upgrading" and "teaching method innovation",the state has actively promoted "Three education reform" in vocational colleges,deepened the connotation construction of vocational education,strengthened the construction of teaching staff,and ensured the high quality and level of personnel training.As a kind of teaching method under action-oriented teaching,guiding text teaching method has been widely used in the field of vocational education in Germany,which plays an important role in cultivating students’ vocational core competence.However,it has not been widely used in the field of vocational education and vocational schools are still at the stage of starting and exploring.As an introductory and guiding course for accounting majors in secondary vocational schools,"Basic Accounting" provides necessary theoretical knowledge and practical basis for the cultivation of students’ core competence and professional skills.It is both theoretical and practical and comprehensive.However,the teaching mode of this course is dominated by traditional injection teaching and passive reception of students,and students’ learning initiative and thinking initiative can not be effectively played.In view of this situation,this study tries to apply the guiding culture and education method to the teaching of "Basic Accounting" in secondary vocational schools,in order to solve the existing problems and improve the status quo of classroom teaching.Firstly,this paper elaborates the research background from the perspective of national policy orientation and the teaching needs of "Basic Accounting" in secondary vocational schools.Through literature research and sorting out relevant research results at home and abroad on the teaching method of the guiding text,determine the research content and methods,and set the pace for this article.Then,under the guidance of constructivism theory,competency-based education theory and action experience learning theory,analyze the characteristics,steps and elements of the guiding text teaching method.Secondly,by comprehensively using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and case study,the accounting teachers and students of Nanchong C Secondary Vocational School(C Vocational School for short)were investigated to summarize the current classroom situation,existing problems and analyze the causes,and explain the necessity of applying the guiding text teaching method to the basic accounting course of secondary vocational school in combination with the training objectives of accounting talents,the characteristics of secondary vocational students and the course content;from the environmental,technical and student levels,this paper explains the feasibility of applying the guiding text teaching method to the course of "Basic Accounting" in secondary vocational schools.Thirdly,carry out teaching front-end analysis from the perspective of teaching materials and learning conditions,and carry out three-dimensional target analysis of the course teaching content.On the basis of elaborating the principles of teaching design,select the overview and methods of chapter VII property inventory to carry out specific teaching design and prepare for teaching practice;then the teaching practice was carried out in the experimental class,showing the application process of the guiding text teaching method in teaching.Finally,the effect of teaching practice is tested and analyzed through student questionnaires,teacher interviews and test,and the shortcomings are pointed out and the improvement measures are put forward.Through practical research,it is found that applying the guiding text teaching method to the teaching of "Basic Accounting" in secondary vocational schools can effectively improve the classroom teaching effect.Its purpose is to promote the development of students’ professional core competence,stimulate students’ interest in learning,greatly stimulate their desire to learn,and urge them to participate more actively in the classroom;by solving problems independently,help students establish the internal relationship between knowledge and skills,and realize the unity of theory and practice in a real sense,which is conducive to the cultivation of students’ autonomy and innovative thinking.In the learning process,students’ professional ability,method ability and social ability have been improved,and promote teaching and learning in the interaction between teachers and students.In the teaching process,the overall teaching efficiency has been significantly improved compared with the traditional model,which can effectively solve some problems existing in the previous class and provide some reference and reference for the future curriculum reform of accounting major in secondary vocational schools. |
