| With the development of modern information technology,especially the promotion and use of artificial intelligence in enterprises,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality and skills of accounting practitioners.Against the backdrop of strengthening vocational education reform in the country,the education and teaching of accounting majors in vocational schools should also keep up with the times,promote classroom reform,and cultivate talents who meet the needs of modern society.To promote the reform of classroom teaching in the accounting major of D vocational school,a survey questionnaire was distributed to teachers and students,and interviews were conducted with accounting teachers to understand the current situation of accounting teaching in D vocational school.The accounting classroom teaching in D vocational school is mainly based on traditional teaching methods,with teachers having strong arbitrariness in the classroom,and instilling learning is still prevalent;Teachers with longer teaching experience lack understanding of the action oriented teaching model and have concerns about the transformation of the teaching model.Students have low autonomy in learning,but can recognize the importance of professional courses;Students are willing to accept new teaching methods to promote the improvement of professional skills and better employment opportunities.In response to the above situation,taking the course "Elementary Accounting Practice" as an example,an action oriented teaching model is adopted to promote the transformation of classroom teaching methods.Teachers take the combination of knowledge objectives and key abilities as the starting point,set up a task list before class to provide learning resources,and enhance students’ awareness of autonomous learning;In class,case analysis and project teaching methods are used to promote the implementation of core competencies and cultivate professional abilities for students in the process of completing activity tasks.For the teaching preparation work such as task list design required for the implementation of action oriented teaching mode,teachers are concerned about increasing the workload.In the feasibility analysis of the second section of Chapter 3,we explained the use of collective wisdom,division of labor and cooperation to jointly build a resource library,reducing teachers’ concerns and making the implementation of this mode more practical and operable.Select the inventory cash content in the first section of Chapter 3 of "Basic Accounting Practice",and design the teaching from five aspects: teaching objectives,content,methods,processes,and evaluation.Use lesson examples to demonstrate the implementation process of the action oriented teaching model.Select one of the two teaching classes in the second year of accounting major in D vocational school as the experimental class,and conduct a 2-month teaching experiment with teachers and students.Through questionnaire surveys and classroom observations,it was found that students in the classroom who adopted the action oriented teaching model showed a stronger interest in learning,were more proactive in learning,and their mastery of knowledge and skills was improved. |
