| The integration of industry and education is an important measure for the development of vocational education in China.From the perspective of the evaluation system of industry and education integration,if there is no good and perfect evaluation system,it will be difficult to promote the implementation of various measures of industry and education integration,and it cannot promote the in-depth development of the integration of vocational education.In order to comb the secondary vocational health school fusion evaluation factors,this paper using literature survey,analyze related research,policy,summary,and select three secondary vocational health school as a research object,with the help of questionnaire,obtain the real data and information,and the data analysis,summarizes the secondary vocational health school fusion evaluation in Guangdong province and the existing problems.First of all,the country,the government attaches great importance to the development of integration,a series of vocational education policy documents are put forward the sound vocational education evaluation and related encouraging measures,embodies the national and local government level of secondary education integration,but its schools,industry enterprises operational policies,laws,system is not clear,education integration evaluation policy is difficult to fall to the ground.Second,the current vocational education quality evaluation system is given priority to with the education system,which is given priority to with vocational school evaluation and given priority to with education administrative department of the second party evaluation,but composed of industry enterprises,unit of choose and employ persons of the third party evaluation subject,industry and enterprises to participate in fusion evaluation power is insufficient.Third,the current domestic academic research on fusion evaluation system overall less,mainly around the fusion quality evaluation,vocational education quality evaluation,talent training mode evaluation,professional skills evaluation,etc..The research focuses are different,and the index system is relatively scattered.The evaluation indicators related to the integration of production and education in secondary vocational health schools are scattered in the evaluation of secondary vocational health schools,and no evaluation system has been formed.Therefore,on the basis of theoretical and practical needs,this paper attempts to construct the integration of production and education in secondary vocational health schools by sorting out the stakeholders of the integration of production and education in secondary vocational health schools,that is,the government,schools,industries,enterprises,teachers,students and other perspectives.The evaluation system is based on the framework of production-education integration planning,organization and implementation,and effects,and involves a three-level index system in terms of organizational and institutional guarantees,economic investment,training guidance,and student satisfaction. |
