| In December 2017,The General Office of the State Council issued several Opinions on Deepening the integration of Industry and Education,which proposed several measures to promote the reform of personnel training for the integration of industry and education,including integrating the cultivation of craftsman spirit into basic education,promoting the integration of industry and education,strengthening the construction of teachers for the integration of industry and education,and accelerating the reform of school governance structure.On this basis,the talent training mode of X secondary Vocational school is examined,the experience and practices of the school in talent training as well as the existing contradictions and problems are analyzed,and targeted optimization and improvement schemes are proposed.The research includes four parts:First of all,the introduction part mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic,research ideas and methods,research content and innovation points,research priorities and difficulties.Secondly,theoretical research part one is to define some core concepts related to this research,including secondary vocational schools,industry-education integration and secondary vocational education talent training;Second,on the basis of defining the core concepts,the relevant theoretical basis of this study is introduced,including the triangle spiral model theory and the results-oriented education theory;Finally,the core elements,basic characteristics and basic principles of talent training in secondary vocational schools are extracted.Thirdly,in the investigation and research part,the first part is to carry out the investigation and research on the current situation of talent cultivation in X Secondary Vocational school under the background of industry-education integration by means of questionnaires and field visits,and conduct classified analysis on the results of the investigation;Second,SWOT analysis is used to conduct SWOT analysis of talent cultivation in X secondary vocational school under the background of industry-education integration.Based on the introduction of SWOT analysis,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of talent cultivation in X secondary vocational school are comprehensively analyzed,and the SWOT structure matrix chart of talent cultivation in X secondary vocational school is drawn according to the analysis results.Finally,countermeasure research part,on the basis of above analysis combined with the contemporary vocational education law of development,and the characteristics of the secondary vocational school teaching cultivation system,the goal of talent training,course content system,teaching ability,training quality evaluation and so on several aspects put forward the feasibility and the systemic optimization path,for X secondary vocational schools under the background of integration education training provide beneficial reference. |
