| At present,the central and local governments have issued a series of policies to promote the in-depth integration of industry and education,and Guangdong province has followed closely the national deployment and vigorously implemented it.It is committed to building Guangdong province into an important vocational education base and a strong province of vocational education in southern China,with a goal to contributing to the transformation of China from "bigger" to "stronger".However,in recent years,the integration of industry and education in Guangdong province has been unsatisfactory.Therefore,it has become a practical subject worthy of study to study the integration of production and education in Guangdong vocational education and give play to its comparative advantages to promote the development of Guangdong vocational education.Based on the exploration of the integration of production and education,talent training and relevant theories,this paper analyzes the overall situation of Guangzhou secondary vocational schools.Using the method of case study,this paper studies the production-education integration of Guangdong trade vocational and technical school,a model school of production-education integration in Guangdong province.The results show that there are some problems in the integration of industry and education in Guangdong trade vocational and technical school,such as the application deviation of talent training mode,the weakness of the "double-qualified" team,the lack of government leadership,and the shallow participation of enterprises.The policy recommendations in this paper include: At the level of secondary vocational schools,professional Settings play the guiding role of enterprises and establish a professional construction resource base;Curriculum construction insists on working process oriented;To strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teachers and facilitate the in-depth integration of production and teaching;Construct the evaluation system which is helpful to improve students’ professional ability;Enrich the construction of campus culture and improve the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students.At the level of enterprises,they should strengthen their sense of responsibility and set up a working group on the integration of industry and education,so as to promote the combination of industry and education to form a community of common destiny.At the government level,a good guiding mechanism of social concepts should be established to give full play to the government’s macro-control and management role in secondary vocational education,to lead the establishment of a big data platform for industry-education integration,and to promote the in-depth development of industry-education integration in secondary vocational schools. |
