| The professional curriculum system is the carrier of professional talent training and the bridge to achieve the training goal.This study firstly grasps the overall development trend of the tourism industry and the characteristics of changes in the demand for talents caused by it,and focuses on sorting out the requirements for understanding the development of the tourism industry for the training of professional and skilled talents in tourism services and management in secondary vocational schools.This research sorts out the contents of the latest education policy documents and understands the specific requirements of the state and government for education and teaching reform.Carry out research closely around the spirit of national policy to ensure that the research direction is correct and the research content has the characteristics of the times.This research actively implements the state’s vigorous development of vocational education,deepen the educational policy of the integration of education with industry,and build a tourism services and management curriculum system for secondary vocational schools.This research mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method,case analysis method and other research methods,and conducts an online survey on the current situation of tourism talent training in secondary vocational schools in the form of questionnaires,and through the network to investigate the current situation of talent demand in the tourism industry,and explore the problems existing in the training and demand of vocational tourism services and management professionals.Through investigation,it is found that the current talent training of tourism services and management majors in secondary vocational education is difficult to meet the needs of high-quality and skilled talents in the tourism industry in the new era.Students have a relatively low sense of professional identity and have not formed a good career plan.Students are lacking in industry cognition and professional quality.The school’s existing curriculum content and teaching facilities and equipment cannot meet the needs of students’ learning and the development needs of the industry.It is difficult for the talents trained by the school to meet the employment requirements of enterprises and industries,resulting in enterprises needing to spend a lot of energy and time on retraining talents.In order to improve the quality of talent training for tourism services and management professionals in secondary vocational schools,and give full play to the constructive role of the concept of integration of production and education in the reform of education and teaching.According to the demand-oriented theory and the empirical curriculum view theory,and based on the concept of integration of education with industry,this research constructs the vocational tourism services and management curriculum system from four aspects: goal,structure,implementation and evaluation.Strengthen the training of students’ professional quality,and pay attention to the diversified and comprehensive training of students’ professional ability.In addition,the professional core course "Tour Guide Practice" is selected for course development,and the task of "tour guide word creation" is used as an example to refer to the work-oriented process teaching mode for teaching design and course content development,reflecting the connotation of "production and teaching integration" in the concept of integration of education with industry,and to show that the constructed curriculum system is effective in terms of curriculum and teaching application in teaching. |
