With the rapid development of economy,great changes have taken place in various industries in China.Education,as a favorable support for development,plays a decisive role in it.Vocational education,as an important part of the whole education system,is highly valued at the local and national levels.In order to further improve and strengthen the construction of vocational education training system and deepen the integration of industry and education,the Ministry of Education and other six departments jointly issued the Promoting Measures for School-Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Schools in February 2018,which is a strategic guiding ideology specially put forward to improve the quality of vocational education personnel training,support the continuous development of vocational education and encourage enterprises to actively participate in it.In running schools,we should perfect and straighten out the supply and demand of talents in the market,make the matching quota between the supply and demand of talents in vocational education more and more harmonious,and provide new ideas for the development of Vocational education.Compared with other training modes,the integration of industry and education has obvious advantages.While improving students’ comprehensive quality level,students’ practical skills and application abilities have been improved to a greater extent.More importantly,it can effectively influence the development of secondary vocational education and help them achieve the goal of training high-skilled talents.The construction of modern vocational education system must be based on deepening the integration of industry and education,which is also a strong guarantee for the development of high-level human resources in China.Throughout the 40-year development process,the integration of industry and education has been constantly exploring and innovating,integrating the advanced technology,enterprise culture and objective needs accumulated in the development of traditional industries into vocational education teaching,and has accumulated a lot of experience and rich experience for the development and innovation of integration of industry and education.As an important city in Northeast China,Dalian is surrounded by the sea on three sides and has a unique geographical position.It has become an important gateway tothe sea in the three eastern provinces and is known as the "window" in Northeast China.Its superior geographical position determines that it has unparalleled advantages in the development and construction of international trade.In 2017,Dalian Free Trade Area of Liaoning Province was successfully established under the vigorous promotion of governments at all levels.Foreign trade cooperation has become increasingly frequent,and the demand for high-end talents has increased objectively,especially in the areas of international trade,offshore trade and finance.There is a great shortage of high-level international business professionals with high hands-on ability.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a large number of international business professionals to participate in the timely and follow-up reserves.Faced with this background,secondary vocational schools have set up this major one after another under the guidance of the market.It is even more important to promote the talents training of international business related majors in Dalian area to be more perfect.Under this background,this paper will take the international business major of five vocational secondary schools in Dalian as the research object,mainly W schools,using questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods respectively,to fully analyze the current situation of the integration of industry and education,the common practical problems and the ways and means to solve practical problems.Firstly,through collecting and summarizing a large number of data,this paper clearly expounds the relevant theories of secondary vocational colleges,international business specialty and integration of industry and education,and deeply understands and analyses its connotation.Secondly,by studying the current situation of Industry-Education integration of five vocational secondary schools in Dalian,we find that there are some problems in the process of Industry-Education integration,such as lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in Industry-Education integration,inadequate macro-control at the government level,and shallow cooperation between schools and enterprises.Finally,drawing lessons from foreign experience and starting from the government,enterprises and schools,this paper puts forward ways and means to implement the policy of integration of industry and education in depth,which can provide some reference for the healthy and orderly development of international business talents training in secondary vocational schools under the background of integration of industry and education.
