Made in China 2025 proposes to vigorously promote the development of high-end CNC machine tools and robots.From a large manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country is the goal of national strategic development.The rapid development of industrial robots puts forward higher standards for the professional quality and ability of skilled talents in industrial robot technology.Fundamentals of industrial robot technology is a professional basic course to cultivate secondary vocational students’ abilities of operation and programming,application of basic knowledge of industrial robot,etc.However,at present,secondary vocational teachers still use the teaching mode of "full house filling" or "teacher demonstration,students imitate practice" in the teaching of Fundamentals of industrial robot technology.Students’ learning enthusiasm and sense of experience are not high,and students only imitate teachers’ operation,without real initiative to think,students will not apply industrial robot technology in actual production,students do not have the ability to find and solve problems independently,and the teaching effect is not satisfactory.Therefore,this paper studies the experiential teaching to provide a new way for the teaching of the course Fundamentals of industrial robot technology in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,this paper fully understands the problems existing in the current teaching of Fundamentals of industrial robot technology in secondary vocational schools and the talent needs of enterprises,analyzes the root causes of the teaching problems of this course,and puts forward the online and offline double spiral experiential teaching strategy.Secondly,design the spiral and step-by-step teaching main line of "perception experience-independent experience-deepening experience-Reflection experience-internalization experience",use VR technology to create situational experience activities,let students have independent,fragmented and visual learning experience online,use the actual work cases of enterprises to design roleplaying game experience activities,and let students participate in role-playing game experience offline,The form of experience is progressive from virtual to real.Online and offline promote and complement each other.Finally,taking the classification and application of proximity sensors of industrial robots as an example,the online and offline double helix experiential teaching practice is carried out.The research results show that the application of online and offline double helix experiential teaching to the teaching of Fundamentals of industrial robot technology in secondary vocational schools can effectively improve the learning enthusiasm and sense of experience of secondary vocational students,enhance their active understanding and application ability,ability to find and solve problems,and give full play to the students’ innovative thinking and the spirit of courage to explore.The online and offline experiential teaching strategy proposed in this paper can also be applied to the teaching of relevant courses of industrial robot technology application specialty in secondary vocational schools.
