This study based on 324 valid high school teachers' job burnout occupational stress social support and psychological capital questionnaire,statistical analysis and discussion about further research on high school teachers' psychological capital social support and job burnout of the relationship between occupational stress and the results are as follows:(1)In general,the job burnout of high school teachers is not serious.There were no significant differences in the three dimensions of gender,marital status,education degree and teaching subjects.Among teachers of different ages,there were significant differences in the scores of deindividuation and low personal achievement.Teachers with different working years differ in their sense of achievement.There are significant differences among teachers in deindividuation,low personal achievement and job burnout.The average teacher is significantly higher than the leader in the total score and three dimensions of job burnout.The non-head teacher scored higher than the head teacher in terms of the total score of job burnout,low personal achievement and deindividuation dimension.(2)In terms of occupational stress,male and female teachers had significant differences in the score of family interpersonal factors,and men scored significantly higher than women.Teachers of different ages had significant differences in scores of career expectations,with the highest scores in the 26-30 age group,and the lowest scores in the age group of 36 and above.Teachers with different marital status had significant differences in test stress factors and workload factors,and married teachers scored higher than unmarried teachers.(3)Different age teachers in social support score and each points dimensions have significant differences,is 36 years old and above all the teacher's highest score,objective support dimensions,26-30 teachers scored lowest,the rest on the dimension and the total score is 25 years old and under teacher scored lowest.There were significant differences in social support scores and scores of different marital status teachers,and the scores of married teachers were significantly higher than that of unmarried teachers.(4)There were significant differences in interpersonal psychological capital between male and female teachers,and female teachers scored higher than men.There is no significant difference between the transactional psychological capital and psychological capital.Teachers of different ages had significant differences in the scores of both dimension and psychological capital,with the highest scores for teachers aged 36 and over,and the lowest scores for teachers aged 25 and below.There were no significant differences between the teachers in different marital status and psychological capital.(5)Each factor of the job burnout and occupational stress of the degree of positive correlation between each factor,and social support the negative correlation between the various factors,and psychological capital significantly negative correlation degree of each factor is different.(6)Social support plays an intermediary role in the role of occupational stress in job burnout,and psychological capital plays a part in the role of occupational stress in job burnout.
