The research on the sense of teaching efficacy, occupational stress, and occupational burnout in our country now is just beginning. The research in these three subfields of our country sports psychology is little. The combined research of these subfields is almost zero. This research discloses the current situation of P.E teachers' sense of teaching efficacy, occupational stress, and occupational burnout after new Curricular reformation. It attracts the Education Administration department, leaders of school, and teachers' attention on teacher's health, it also makes them know the severity of stress and burnout, and the necessary of removing burnout. Therefore, it can improve P.E teachers' quality, and facilitate the development of physical education's curriculum reformation. The research studies teachers' sense of teaching efficacy, occupational stress and occupational burnout about the P.E teachers in the middle school in the south of Fujian province using inventory and interview. Instrument in the research are Yu Guoliang's 《the sense of teaching efficacy inventory》 , Zhu Congshu's 《The primary school and middle school teachers' occupational stress inventory》 , Maslach's 《Burnout Inventory》 (MBI) . The research random samples P.E teachers and non-P.E teachers from 35 middle schools in south Fujian province as our research objects. The research which the researcher himself measures hands out 500 questionnaires, and returns 450, the valid inventories of P.E teacher are 195(male: 137, female: 58) and non-P.E teachers are 196(male: 107, female: 89). The effective response rate is 86.89%. The conclusions of the research are:1. The level of middle school P.E teachers' sense of teaching efficacy isn't high, but personal teaching efficacy is significantly higher than general teaching efficacy; occupational burnout is also low, but occupational stress is high.2. Female P.E teachers' stress in the factor of students is higher than male's. But in middle school teacher two level group, their depersonalization is much lower than male's.3. P.E teacher in the village whose occupational stress, occupational burnout and general teaching efficacy are higher than those in the city significantly, but their personal teaching efficacy is much lower than those in the city.4. Male teachers who have worked from 5 to 9 years whose occupational stress is the lowest, however female teachers who have worked form 5 to 9 years whose occupational stress is the highest. 5. The P.E teachers who have bachelor degress whose occupational burnout is the heaviest, but their sense of personal teaching efficacy is the highest.6. The P.E teachers' occupational stress, occupational burnout and general teaching efficacy are lower than non-P.E teachers', but their personal teaching efficacy are much higher than non-P.E teachers'.7. There is no significantly influence of new Curricular reformation on P.E teachers' sense of teaching efficacy, occupational stress and occupational burnout, the highest stress in occupational expectation occur in those PE teachers who have joined Curricular reformation.8. The linear regression and correlation analysis indicate that when the high occupational stress increases the occupational burnout also rises, and when the high occupational stress increases the sense of teaching efficacy decreases, but when the sense of teaching efficacy increases the occupational burnout decreases.9. The sense of teaching efficacy and occupational stress could forecast occupational burnout. Sense of teaching efficacy might have an effect on adjusting the relationship between occupational stress and occupational burnout.
