| Preschool education has become a focus of a concern to parents,that bringspreschool teachers more pressure. If the long duration pressure is not be relived,Itwill affect the daily life of preschool teachers, and even bring job burnout. At thispoint, if the preschool teachers can timely use coping strategies to fight pressure,convert pressure into power, they might eliminate the job burnout.Therefore,Thereare significantly correlations between Occupational Stress,Coping Strategies and Jobburnout stress,It is worth to delve into.The study intends to understand the present condition of occupational stress,coping strategies,and Job burnout and to determine their relationship of preschoolteachers,The study was adopted by the questionnaire survey method,and onlyPreschool Teachers in heilongjiang province was recruited as the research object.The main findings of this study were as follows:1.Current preschool teachers’ Occupational Stress and job burnout areapproaching to the middle level,the preschool teachers had a highest frequency onusing “coping strategies†reveals that when faced with work stress, they caneffectively use coping strategies to relieve pressure.2.Significant differences are found in the preschool teachers’ occupational Stressand Job burnout in terms of personal background.(marital status, administrativeposition, school types,age)3.There are significant and negative correlations between occupational stress andcoping strategy,There are significantly positive correlations between occupationalstress and Job burnout,There are significant and negative correlations betweencoping strategy and Job burnout.4.“interpersonal relationshipsâ€,“teaching autonomyâ€â€œtask feedback†and“reason-ing thinkingâ€can predict Job burnout of Preschool Teachers.5.coping strategy plays a partial mediating role between occupational stress andJob burnout. |
