Social Work Intervenes In Community Charity Practice Research

Guangzhou City,the implementation of the "charity + social work" strategy highlights the continuous integration of social work and charity,and it is important to use professional advantages to improve social work intervention in community charity work,promote community charity development,innovate community governance,optimize the precision of community charity force services,and enhance the sense of access for families in need in the community.Using the case study and participant observation methods in field research,this paper focuses on the study of social work intervention in community charity practice from the perspective of social work discipline,analyzes social work intervention in community charity services in D Street,Guangzhou,and conducts a practical study based on the strengths perspective and regional development model.It mainly explores the following three issues: first,the current situation and problems of the development of community charity in D Street;second,the necessity of social work intervention in community charity practice;third,the practical effects and problems of social work intervention in community charity,and how to optimize and improve the strategies of social work intervention in community charity.This paper explores the research path of social workers’ intervention in community charity practice with the research ideas of problem analysis,practice community charity plan,implementation process,analysis and reflection.Taking the practice of social work intervention in community charity as the research object,this paper argues that the motivation and ability of community charity participants to participate in community charity should be gradually improved,their endogenous motivation of community governance should be activated,their stability and continuity of participation in community charity should be improved,and the atmosphere of community charity should be optimized.The study finds that social work intervention in community charity services has practical significance for its sustainable development.As one of the main subjects participating in community governance,social workers,with the difficulties of weak resource integration,narrow access to resources,difficulty in corresponding services and needs,and the need to further improve the capacity of community charity services,establish a community charity resource chain through community advocacy and education,support community organizations to carry out demand matching,construct service lists,and promote the establishment of a platform for multi-party cooperation in community charity,which can improve community residents’ This can increase the participation of community residents,mobilize the public’s vitality and creativity,and enhance the sense of common prosperity of community residents.
