The thesis use the literature method?video analysis?field study?experimental method and logic analysis,to analysis and contrast excellent course of flop high jump in some sports colleges of China?videos of elite fosbury flop athletes and teaching of track and field elective class in the department of Physical education,Chengdu sports university of 2013—2015.The purpose is to put forward a more reasonable teaching method of fosbury flop,which can provide some reference for the development of the theory and practice of.Study draw:1.Modern fosbury flop's curved run's functions including:(1)The need to achieve the takeoff naturally back to rail after the starting action.(2)Achieving greater vertical take-off capability,but also getting the natural inverted space.(3)To shorten the distance from the jump point to cross bar projection point.2.Jumping when the swing legs to complete 300 attack rod,is not only jump and vacated to complete a reasonable natural swivel needs,but also relatively reduce the body's vertical pole speed's needs.3.Achieving the maximum vertical take-off of the optimal posture must be swinging leg swing to complete the horizontal brake and the calf was vertical hook feet,take-off leg vertical take-off and ankle joint to complete the maximum dorsiflexion,the opposite side arm of swing leg to complete the humerus level and the elbow was vertical brakes,swing leg on the same side of the arm near the ear to complete the buckling of the shoulder on the full brake on the move.4.The "bridge" in support state is completed by the external torque is not zero,relying on the take-off leg gluteus maximus in advance to complete the completion of the fixed shrinkage;But the "bridge" in flight state is completed by the external torque is zero,only rely on the gluteus medius to complete the far and near fixed contraction pull swing legs to complete the relative movement to achieve.Both the characteristics of muscle mechanics and forced muscle are different,the final formation of the "bridge" is also very different.5.Traditional teaching method is based on the representation in the form of the subjective understanding,its teaching methods can not satisfy the needs of the development of current back flop high jump technology;Modern teaching method is based on the theoretical basis for the objectivity of understanding,the correspondingteaching method is accord with the need of back flop high jump technology development frontier.6.Traditional teaching method is composed of 11 kinds of single teaching methods,which determines the teaching system which is poorly related and not systematic,and the technology of the final mastery is relatively rough;But the modern teaching method is composed of 37 kinds of meticulous and abundant teaching means to determine the relevance of its strong,good optimization of the teaching characteristics of the teaching methods in the middle part of the link from the strict logical connection,the final master of the technology is relatively fine.7.Traditional teaching method's teaching means' choice is the pursuit of intuitive vision("bridge")as a fundamental,run counter to the fosbury flop technique's objective essence;Modern teaching method of its corresponding teaching means starting point in order to grasp the fosbury flop technology "three off"-put the leg arm off,attack the pole and cross the pole off and curved run jumping off,and the final "bridge" is the inevitable result of mastering the relevant technology.
