| With the rapid development of domestic tennis events in the field of competitive and mass sports, many fans are constantly strengthening their tennis skills and tactical level,in order to achieve higher technical standards and show higher sports performance.Although tennis belongs to the skill leading category, but the physical requirements are relatively high, the physical training in tennis can not be ignored. At present, more physical fitness training methods are applied to tennis training as an auxiliary training, and the survey shows that the end release training method is less used in tennis physical fitness training. The purpose of this study is to apply the end release training to the physical training of tennis, and to analyze whether the end release training and the swing speed and the accuracy of tennis players,so as to provide new ideas and new methods for the physical training of high-level tennis players. This study mainly uses the literature data method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method. In this study,30 male athletes from the tennis team of Beijing University of Chemical Technology were selected, and the subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 15 people and 15 people in control group. The training was scheduled on Monday,Wednesday and Friday afternoons of each week, with a total experimental period of 12 weeks. The training method of the experimental group is the end release training combined with the traditional resistance training method. The training method of the control group is the traditional resistance strength training. Both training contents are trained step by step, and the same action mode is adopted for training. After listening to the suggestions of experts and combining with the special characteristics of tennis sports, part of the training content was selected for the experimental intervention of the athletes. The following conclusions are finally drawn:1.Through the end of the experimental group release and traditional resistance,it is found that the speed of tennis players has been significantly improved.2.The traditional resistance training content of the control group can also significantly improve the speed of positive and backhand shots of tennis players, but compared with the experimental group, the improvement is less obvious than that of the experimental group.3.The end release training of the experimental group combined with traditional resistance training can significantly improve the accuracy of tennis players, especially in the number of hits of the precise ball, and the precision score has been significantly improved overall.4.The traditional resistance training method in the control group is not obvious enough to improve the accuracy of the forehand and backhand shots of tennis players, and it did not change much overall. |
