Purpose of the study:In order to improve the batting explosive power of baseball and softball players,three explosive power training methods were used to intervene in this paper.The ejection training and elastic band training methods were applied to the physical training of baseball and softball events,and the training protocols of the two training methods were designed and compared with the traditional training methods to analyse the characteristics of the three training methods and their training effects on the batting explosive power training of baseball and softball.Research Methodology:In this paper,29 baseball players and 16 softball players from the baseball and softball teams of Shandong Institute of Sports were selected through the Delphi method to pass the training methods and test indexes that had been developed.29 baseball players and16 softball players from the baseball and softball teams of Shandong Institute of Sports were subjected to experimental intervention for this study(31 of them were Level 1athletes and 14 were Level 2 athletes),and they were divided into ejection training group,elastic band training group and regular strength The subjects were divided into a pre-ejection training group,an elastic band training group and a conventional strength training group for an 8-week comparison experiment.Physical training was conducted three times a week during the experiment,with each session lasting approximately 40 minutes.After the experiment,the results of the pre and post-test were tested within the group and the applicability of the three training methods to the same test was analysed using multiple comparisons.Research findings:(1)The catapult training group outperformed the other two groups(P < 0.05)in terms of improvement in T-seat hitting distance,swing speed,upper limb throwing distance,maximum shoulder adduction strength,10-second shoulder adduction,10-second shoulder abduction and shoulder adduction strength endurance.strength increased by 1.92 kg,10 second shoulder adduction increased by 3.06,10 second shoulder abduction increased by 3.07 and shoulder adduction strength endurance increased by 11.53.(2)The elastic band training group outperformed the other two groups in terms of maximum trunk-to-lateral rotation strength,10-second trunk-to-lateral rotation and trunk-to-lateral rotation strength endurance(p<0.05),with an increase in maximum trunk-to-lateral rotation strength of 8.92 kg,10-second trunk-to-lateral rotation of 2.93 and trunk-to-lateral rotation strength endurance of 14.80.(3)The conventional strength training group outperformed the other two groups in standing long jump,knee extension maximal strength,10 second knee extension,10 second ankle plantarflexion and knee extension strength endurance(p<0.05).The standing long jump improved by 11.47 cm,knee extension maximal strength by 15.9kg,10 second ankle plantarflexion by 5.13 and knee extension strength endurance by 15.67.(4)There was no significant difference between the ejector training group,the elastic band training group and the conventional strength training group in wrist rotation speed,stroke time,hip extension maximum strength and hip extension strength endurance test indexes before and after the experiment(P>0.05).(5)There was no difference between the test results of boys and girls in the ejector training group and the conventional strength training group.There were differences in the training effects of maximum strength at the ankle joint,rapid strength and strength endurance between boys and girls in the ejector belt training group,and the training effects of girls were more prominent(P < 0.05).Girls’ maximum strength at the ankle joint was improved by 8.86 kg,rapid strength by 4.8 and strength endurance The girls’ maximum strength gains on the ankle were 8.86 kg,rapid strength gains were 4.8 and strength endurance gains were 13.3.Research findings:(1)Each of the three training methods has its own characteristics in the physical training of explosive batting power.The training effect of conventional strength training is more significant in the large muscle groups of the lower limbs.(2)In terms of training load arrangement,the load for boys should be increased appropriately compared to that for girls,and girls should reduce the amount of training when using explosive push-ups to prevent sports injuries.(3)There was no significant difference between the four test indexes of wrist rotation speed,stroke time,hip extension maximum strength and strength endurance before and after the experiment,so a more specific and suitable training programme is needed.
